Description of Work: My sliding patio door with interior blinds was installed more than 6 years ago. The work was done efficiently, professionally and on the schedule as agreed to. The door has performed flawlessly ever since. While not the least expensive of the doors I looked into, the price has proved worth every penny paid.

Description of Work: Work was to replace 5 yr old pella door that failed. Had to fix rot that should have been done first time but covered up by pella installer. Warrenty not worth much if have to pay 4k or more every 5 years to have a new one installed. Pella covered half of cost due to rot cover up by previous installer. Was better when they worked for pella. If this door fails, will not use pella again.

Description of Work: We have had Pella replacement windows installed in our home at intervals over the years. This (final) installation went very smoothly--from the visit of the Pella planning/sales staffer to (especially) the installation team, who completed the work quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. We have been very pleased.

Description of Work: They came to the house removed the old door and hauled it away. They measured the opening to assure a proper fit, installed the new door and surround moulding neatly. They then cleaned the area thoroughly and checked assure the door worked perfectly.

Description of Work: Whole house replacement of windows. Mark who came in to finish windows was great...Have been happy with the windows for years now. They also keep furniture and carpets from fading. We purchased double hung windows and in the living room and dinning room had re-designed windows installed in. Before had three single windows, then changed to two smaller side windows and a larger single non opening window in the center. Love these windows better vision and more light.

Description of Work: First let me say the replacement was done some year's ago, so I'm not 100% sure of the pricing. Let me put it this way: I thought the pricing was fair for what we got, while my husband thought it was on the high side. | |That said here are my thoughts: We needed to replace a 30+-year-old sliding glass door from our kitchen to the patio. This door gets a real workout since we have dogs and they come and go through it many times a day. | |Unlike most jobs I contract, I did not get multiple bids. I knew I wanted Pella and I went for it. I wanted triple-panes with interior blinds and a retracting screen. | |The representative came as scheduled, on time and prepared to show me designs and color choices. I made my selections, measurements were taken and within two weeks Pella's own installers (not sub-contractors) did the installation efficiently and left the work area clean and tidy. | |After several years of use, we remain totally happy with Pella's work. We have had no problems with the door; it work wonderfully, is very attractive and we are totally satisfied. | |I was very impressed with all of the Pella employees I worked with and with their product. This is a first class company and I recommend it with no reservations.

Description of Work: I had used Pella in out previous home and was very pleased with the product and installation. I still like the product even with its premium price which I have been willing to pay. My issue is with the installers who did a poor job and then with the company who did not respond to requests to resolve the issues.

Description of Work: I had 2 rear doors put in. We also had a storm door mounted on one of the doors. wasn’t happy with the installations. We had trouble with the doors such as the handles falling off the door. The product is fine. I had to hire another person to fix the door handles.

+ -1 moreTHERE WERE SOME THINGS THAT NEEDED CORRECTED AND THEY ALWAYS FOLLOWED THROUGH. THEY ALWAYS CALLED IF THEY WERE GOING TO BE EVEN 10 MINUTES LATE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND THEIR STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
