 + -1 moreI had a water leak at my hot water heater. I called Mr Wellington because of his and quot;Aand quot; rating. I got a voise mail and left detailed information as to my problem. He never returned any of my calls and I had to hire someone else. Becaues he never made any attempt to return my calls, I would have to rate him with an and quot;Fand quot; rating. When I have a water leak, I need someone who cares.

Description of Work: We have used Doug several times in the pasy and most recently prior to today approx 3 months ago, he unplugged our drain then yesterday (Sunday) the line was plugged again. We were a few days beyond his 90 day warranty, but he came out again, and the first thing he said was there would be no charge as it was under the warranty. His prices have always been fair, his service always prompt, courteous, and obviously, he stands behind his work. You can't ask for more than that!

 + -1 moreDoug Wellington is the most trustworthy, honest, hard-working and reasonably priced plumber we have ever worked with. This is not the first time we had used him and would use him again and recommend him to anyone. He is professional and honest. He is extremely hard-working and doesn't leave until the job is done. For us, he went above and beyond checking on other issues in the basement that had nothing to do with plumbing but giving us info on how to fix or have fixed a potentially serious heating issue. He only charges what he originally quotes and it was a pleasure working with him.
