+ 0 moreThey had no set time of day to come. It could be anywhere from 12 midnight until 7 or 8 pm the next day, or even the following day. They did not pick up at all on 6/20/13 even after we called and they said they would come that evening. No one answered the phone on 6/21/13 and our rubbish was not picked up that week at all. They owe us a refund for two weeks; I hope we get it. We cancelled the service by phone on 6/24/13, we sent an email of cancellation and a letter in the mail. We now have a new company!!
Description of Work: They picked up rubbish.

+ 0 moreFor the past several months, the garbage pickup has been erratic. I have called repeatedly and been told it would be picked up and then it wasn't. I am looking for a new garbage contractor.

Description of Work: I used R & R Sanitation Inc. for dumpster services when I tore out a kitchen. They have a dumpster service but they are also our regular garbage people, so I use them every week that way.
