Description of Work: Pete's Flooring was employed as a sub-contractor and was paid by the general contractor. Pete's was used for the installation of tile flooring in both the kitchen and a bathroom / laundry room. These two jobs covered a span of about a year and a half. The tiles laid out in the kitchen were not squared properly but the grout is about the same color as the tile so it is not noticeable so it was missed when it was installed. The bathroom was much better but the left over tiles which were purchased by me were not returned and I need to finish the area under the vanity.

+ -1 moreThey were outstanding. As I recall it took only 2 days. They did an excellent job of sanding the old finish/scars off and then put on a couple of stain options so we could choose. Then two or three coats of polyurethane. Pete was outstanding to work with. Very timely, courteous and did an excellent job. With almost two years of wear the floors still look great.
Description of Work: Sanded, stained and finished oak flooring - about 600-700 square feet.

+ -1 moreWe sought estimates for price, time to do the job and availability. We had heard of Pete's flooring from a friend and we picked other people/companies from Angie's List. They were all very professional and responsive but we chose Pete's based on face to face meeting, price and personal recommendation. He and his guys were easy to work with, showed up on time both days. Very neat and clean. Certainly the best price and we love the floors.
Description of Work: Sand, refinish approximately 525 square feet of Red Oak flooring.
