Description of Work: We've been using Loveless Exterminating for the past seven years to treat our home for carpenter ants. ) We have about 75 trees on our property. When we first moved in, it was not uncommon to see 10-15 ants crawling on our dining room table. Since using Loveless, we've never had that experience again. They spray inside/outside four times a year.

+ -1 moreThe first application helped but the technician warned that it may not be enough. He was right and two days later, the bees were back in the house. I called and he came again. He was very reassuring that he would do whatever it took to solve the problem. He told me that he would return on a Saturday (imagine my surprise) with another technician and more equipment. They were done in short time and I haven't seen a yellow jacket since.
Description of Work: Yellow jackets had built a nest in the walls of the house and were finding their way into the living spaces. Since they had used the entry points where the bricks met soffit, there were multiple hot spots and Loveless came back three times to be certain that the problem was solved. They were extremely thoughtful, thorough and professional.
