D. Miller and his crew were great to work with, polite, thorough, and answered all of my questions and concerns. He even came back to do a follow-up for one of my questions/concerns after the initial install was completed. It was a rather complex job because the furnace needed to be relocated, and they expanded ductwork and whatever was needed in order to get the job completed and within the estimate of the price. The equipment installed and recommended has a great warrantee and I think the price was very reasonable for the quality equipment installed and the amount of work required to do the job. They said it would take two days, and it took just under two full days so they were right on target with the time estimate as well. Everything works well and I'm very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

I WAS NOTIFIED WHAT TIME THEY WOULD ARRIVE. THE FURNACE WAS INSTALLED IN A TIMELY MANNER. ALL OLD FURNACE PARTS WERE TAKEN AWAY & THE AREA WAS CLEANED UP. THEY EXPLAINED THE WORKING OF THE NEW UNIT & I FEEL THE COST WAS A GOOD VALUE.

The contractor did a great job. It took longer to do the job because there was an unexpected problem. But he did a great job. Monday was the hottest day so far this summer and my health suffered because of the heat. He did extra for me.

He was here when he said he would be. He was courteous and honest. I would call him again and recommend him.

Dwight Miller replied very quickly to my project posting. He listened carefully to my needs and after a thorough inspection he provided three options. Work commenced on time and finished on time. When the furnace that was needed was not available, he upgraded to a more efficient unit at no additional cost so the job would not be delayed. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. I am very critical of the tradesmen I hire since I was in the building trades for 20 years. Dwight and his workers get an A+. Thanks Dwight!

I didn't have to wait they installed a heat pump, a shower, and a new cold air return upstairs in less then a week of first talking to them. They explained everything so I knew how it worked ,very professional.
