I called Mr Sheller in the morning and explained the problem with my refrigerator, the freezer is working but the frig part is not, ice building up in back wall of freezer. He was able to indentify the problem on the phone and came the same day to fix it. He is very knowledgable and efficient. Saved me from buying a new frig. Now is all fixed and working great.
