They came out and did the work that they said they would do. They didn't over charge us. I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall, the experience could not have been better. We originally had the main circuit breaker fail in our home last year. We contacted Ingram Electric as no other company would help us on a Sunday. Ted, the owner, arrived and had the heat going again within a few hours. We are currently expanding our electrical service in the house. We felt that we could contact Ted to replace the breaker panel, as he recommended that this be preformed if we were going to expand our electrical service in the house. His suggestion was due to the main breaker causing damage in the breaker box when it failed. We contacted Ted and he came out and repaired problems that we had with the original wiring to an additional box located outside the main panel. Ted also installed a new 200 amp panel, circuit breakers, and a whole house surge protector. Ted takes pride in his work and it shows. Not only did he do a very professional and clean install with the new breaker cabinet, he even cleaned up the small pieces of debris that was left when he finished. I have hired several contractors in the past, and consider Ted to be one of the best. If you live in Southeast Ohio, you know that it is hard to find a decent contractor, that does quality work, on time, on budget, and cleans up after themselves. I have no doubts, that we will never have to address the circuit breaker box again. I am so happy with the work preformed, that Ted will be rewiring my basement, as well as installing a heater in my garage.
