Affordable Cleaning Services

I do not recommend this company. The owner operator was extremely rude and insulting. I was quoted one price/cost of service and she doubled the price after arriving late. After being double charged and insulted, she cleaned my home for less than 20 minutes, failed to completed some of the simple tasks requested (be sure to sweep & mop the laundry room, dusting cob webs, etc.), and informed me that she was too busy and important to invoice, provide receipt, or treat me with respect. Do yourself a favor, avoid dealing with this woman.

Due to medical issues, my wife and I had become terribly behind in our basic housekeeping and cleaning regimen. It was to the point that I didn't know where to start. We have a large, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, ranch with a finished basement/rec room area. I had heard of a this new company and called with a description of the problem and our needs. The owner, Kathleen scheduled us quickly for only two days later. She arrived, exactly at her 9AM appoinment, complete with a team of five employees, new and plentiful equipment and supplies. I gave her a quick tour of the home as she took notes for each employee, provided me with a quick quote for the work, and set about her job. Kathleen and her team performed like a Naval commander and crew. Jobs were given, completed, inspected, then moved on to the next. She was in command and would ferry any questions to me quickly. The entire home was spotless by noon. No traces of the staff being present were left, a clear, itemized invoice was given to me for payment, and the job was done. I was quoted prices for ongoing services, more intense cleaning of some areas, and some outdoor cleaning. I will be calling again soon.
