Description of Work: Box bladed 6600 sq. Ft. driveway, graded, and rolled with a 1500 lb. roller. They then added approximately 80 tons of new gravel, graded and rolled same. In addition they went over areas that I use my mobility cart on and used a portable power compactor to give additional compaction.

Description of Work: I called and made an appointment for an estimate. We'll that day came and went and then the rescheduled day came and went. I tried a third day and they were still a no show with no call or email about why they were not there. If this is how they do their business then they can keep it.

+ -1 moreIt took three phone attempts to reach him. We had to reach out to him to see if he had even stopped by. He had. Then several emails went back and forth about what we were looking for, etc. One phone call could have clearred this up. Due to his work load he was afraid he couldnt get the work completed any time soon. We were not in a hurry so I told him this was okay. On August 10th after more than a week of waiting for my estimate, I replied with all the info he requested and let him know we were not in a hurry so it was okay. By Wednesday, August 15th I had STILL not received my estimate. So I reached out to Bruce again and this is the reply I received: "Dawn To be honest I have not had time to complete the estimate. I will probably not have it done until the weekend. And, we will not be able to perform the work until late October at the earliest. Bruce Spires Paving CompanyThe Gravel Doctor" To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I just wanted an estimate in a timely fashion and this email tells me he is simply not really interested in my business. Needless to say, we will move on. If it takes him this long to get me an estimate it doesnt say too much about how quickly the work will go. Apparently he has enough business that he doesnt need to make ours a priority. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Will not contact again.
Description of Work: I would like to be able to describe it full, however, getting an estimate from the Gravel Doctor has proved very difficult. We called three companys to do an estimate. Two of the companies were out within the week and we already have the estimates back. This is NOT a small job. We are talking several thousand dollars here. I need to get a gravel driveway laid in where none existed before.

Description of Work: BRIAN PUT IN A DRIVEWAY FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION. THE WORK WAS SO THOROUGH AND COMPLETE, THAT LITTLE WILL NEED TO BE DONE ONCE CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETED! BRIAN IS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS OF THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK!
