+ -1 moreExtremely frustrated. Technician assured a partial refund via text, but the company's office has turned this into a two-year nightmare of evasion and games. Customer service is a joke, excelling only at shirking their commitments. Avoid this unscrupulous company if you value your time and money.

+ 2 moreI am highly impressed with this company. They are punctual, courteous and very aware of keeping their work area clean. They are a very hard working team. Every step of the process was explained to me in advance. Drop clothes were used through out my home in all areas where they travelled. They were as quiet and i had minimal disruption of my activities. I trust them and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

+ 0 moreVery impressed with the work they did. Our main sewer line broke and settled right outside the foundation. This was a major problem as the line was under an outdoor kitchen, bathroom and concrete pad. 3 contractors said only way to fix it was to tear everything out and put a big trench through the concrete. These "Guys" were able to burst the old pipe and pull a new pipe through to get everything fixed in a day. Incredible. The other contractors were amazed that this was even an option. Could barely tell anything was done at the end.

+ -1 moreHe and his helpers, the two of them were both extremely courteous, very nice, very friendly and knowledgeable. They were their on time. He came out one day looked at it gave us an estimate. Estimate was right on par with the final price. I would call them again.
Description of Work: They did a water snake and the camera snake. They came in with their truck backed up right to our garage. Had a nice easy access to the stake point. They helped with the clean up, which they didn't need to. They came in they snaked it out, it took about 3 hours and part of that was filling up their tank and their clean up. I was only charged for 2 hours. He said that if it runs a little over, it wasn't that big of a deal for him because he was so far away he couldn't drive with the tank full. He was able to find the 2 issues. He identified where the dips were and where we connected to the main. He found the problem, was saw it on the camera, we go to watch.
