MULLET CABINET

Description of Work: We obtained an estimate for kitchen cabinets and counter-top free based on my drawing and measurements that we had dropped off to them when we were in the area. Estimate (which we thought were high) and 3D renderings were emailed to us. We thought the next logical step would be to have a representative visit our home to see the real thing, and throw around ideas to get comfortable before we proceed because we were revamping the whole setup of the kitchen and just gave them our ideas on what we might like. We thought it would be wise to get an expert opion and hopefully some suggestions. It was then that we found out that they required one-third of the initial estimate as a down payment in order to get a warm body to our house to further discuss our project. Since no person from Mullet had yet been to our house to see what we were thinking about doing, I did not feel comfortable coughing up $4K+ so we could talk to their rep in our own home to get comfortable with proceeding. This sounded totally unreasonable to us. We do not understand how Mullet can expect people to do business this way. For that reason,combined with what we thought were high prices, we are choosing to look for an alternate provider.

Description of Work: Over five years ago, we had Mullet design, construct and install extensive cherry paneling throughout our living room, dining room, and foyer. From start to finish, they were EXCEPTIONAL. They patiently went back and forth with us in the design phase, making sure we had thought through various options. From their detailed drawings they constructed the cabinetry offsite. When installation day came, they installed everything efficiently, with a very précise fit, and remarkably little dust. (How did they do that, we wondered gleefully!) The paneled rooms are still stunning - all our visitors asked who did our custom work - and we always say MULLET! Now we are starting another remodeling project, installing a new kitchen. Before we settled on our general contractor, we made sure he would and could work well with Mullet - as everything but Mullet is negotiable for us. You will not be disappointed. Their prices are fair, their work is exquisite, and they are very pleasant throughout the process.

Description of Work: The price included four areas of cabinets and installation. Included were glass fronts in some cabinets, crown and detailed mouldings, an appliance garage, panal ends and one area that looks like a furniture grade hutch.

Description of Work: They built custom cabinets for our kitchen. We had a complete kitchen renovation and got Mullet Cabinet's name from a company we do business with in Amish Country. They make cabinets for people all over the United States. Our cabinets are made from quarter-sawn oak in mission style and are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!
