Description of Work: We used Mr. Electric to do electrical work for the three season room. They did electrical work for the patio and disconnected the power.

Description of Work: We used Mr. Electric to do electrical work for the three season room. The last time they had to disconnect the generator, move it, and then they had to come back and reinstall it. They buried our power line, installed a new meter, because the power line was coming from below, they had to change the meter receipt box so that it could come from below and not above. They installed the whole home generator, they replaced the circuit board, they have done a lot of wiring in the house, and whenever we have had electrical work, we have called them.

 + -1 moreCalled Mr. Electric on 5/7/2015 to make an appointment for the Friday 5/8/2015. I was assured that it was scheduled and they would give me a call if they had an earlier time in the day. I get a call at 7:45 am 5/8/2015 from Cathy saying give them a call back. When I call Stephanie tells me she doesn't know why they called me and Cathy doesn't remember why she called me. Then as the conversation continues tells me that I was never scheduled but she would schedule me for the time I had already scheduled the day before (11am-1pm). About 15 minutes goes by and Stephanie calls back to tells me that they cannot schedule me today. I am very angry because I took off work for this appointment. Stephanie was the only one trying to handle the situation professionally. Everyone else acted as if they didn't even care. It is unacceptable to inconvenience a customer in this manner. I have used them in the past but based on this unprofessional treatment I will not continue to do business with them. I don?t know what happen over time but customer service is clearly not a priority anymore.

 + -1 moreI was VERY pleased. First of all, the technician arrived much earlier than the original ETA I was given. Mike McPherson, the service professional, was very pleasant, professional, and explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. Mike was very efficient and knowledgable. Couldn't be more pleased!
Description of Work: Replaced a weather resistant GFCI and installed a bubble cover. Also installed a timer switch for front porch light.

 + -1 moreThey were on time for the appointment and they were very neat. Scheduling was okay and they were accommodating to me. They are kind of expensive for us so we may not use them in the future.
Description of Work: We have used them twice now. They had to switch an outlet for a dryer and then had to change our outside electrical box and re-wire everything. They also put in a porch light in.
