Arrived on time and ready to work. I had a team of three who each started on different projects. Honest, decent, hardworking guys lead by John Hamilton. There were no surprises just quality work. I am very pleased especially since that's behind me now. I'll probably use them to remodel my shower, vanity upstairs later.

Great work but pricey

Arrived on time. Professional in appearance. Cleaned up after themselves. Went to purchase a missing part without complaint. Slightly pricey.

John came out and repaired the screen on my screen door for free! I was very surprised. The repair was nice and very fast. They are going to do a gutter job for us, too. This company goes to great lengths to insure customer satisfaction. I will hire them again.

I recently used Zimaxinc to complete several needed home repairs in connection with the sale of my home (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, door repairs, etc). I had a VERY short timeframe in which to get the work completed and Zimaxinc arranged their schedule to exceed my expectations. The work was professional and thorough. This company seemed great at the start, and to be fair, they did hire some subcontractors to do a few good jobs at my place; however, they left me with terribly refinished hardwood floors that they would not give me a full refund for or even an apology, several unfinished jobs, and terrible customer service when they basically walked off my job because they weren't hearing enough compliments! They said I was complaining too much about the refinished floors that were literally peeling and the unfinished deck lattice that cost $2,000, and the mis-hung shower tiles that I refused to live with : (

When I wrote out the check to pay for services I also took some paper money out of my wallet to give to the two guys as a tip for their professionalism. They refused my tip and said, "Thank-you very much but we run the business on integrity and all we ask is that when and if you have another job, you give us a call! I was blown away by such a wonderful attitude.

Due to weather issues, the job had to be rescheduled but the office communicated with me and made a priority of getting my job done as soon as the weather permitted. The crew was very professional and left the area clean and free of debris.

The men came right on time and cleaned the whole area well. I had a wooden playset and wooden shed taken down and hauled away. The men were kind and worked well together.

Fast, reliable, great work - will definitely use them again!
