The windows in our house are over 30 years old and most of them are sticking and take a lot of effort to open. Several of them have lost their spring and won’t even stay open. Plus, the frame around our front door is rotting and all of it needs to be replaced. We knew it would be a big job to replace all the windows and repair and replace the door, but Jon and Byron have made the process super easy. They’ve provided the best quote and we’re really looking forward to having new windows from Wallaby!

I contacted Byron about a window frame I noticed was damaged and thought would need replaced. After looking at it, he actually said the window was fine and I could fix just a small portion of it if I wanted to, saving me time and a decent amount of money. He could have easily ordered me an unnecessary window and I would be none the wiser, but that just speaks to how genuine this company is. That kind of honesty is refreshing, and when I am ready to replace my windows I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks Byron!
