We couldnâ t be happier with the whole experience. The work was professionally done and the problem was solved at a fair price. We plan to use them again whenever the need arises.

Corey, and his team of installers were very professional, and instilled my trust. From the initial call, home visit, booking, through to the installation, everything was top quality. Very happy with the options, which were carefully and thoughtfully explained, Zero pressure, friendly, and professional. They have just completed the installation, on time as agreed. Despite the terrible weather, they were cheerful, happy to help, and I can only say I am very satisfied (and amazed) with the care taken to try to keep things clean. Corey said he would check in during the day, which he did. His team took their time to do things right. 36 year old system replaced (18 years with us), and the difference is noticeable. little louder; they offered to adjust, but as the old system probably hadnâ t been working well for years, Iâ d prefer to see how this goes. They assured me I can call to get it adjusted. I wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend them.

Lot of other HVAC company straight up denied my project. But, Turner was completely different. From the customer service to the field service, they were excellent. There was no lack of explanation on each steps taken. Plus, their charge was very reasonable compared to other HVAC pros. I highly recommended to hire them for any HVAC projects.

I had an old furnace which Corey checked and found to be unrepairable due to holes in the heat exchanger that he showed me. My decision was to replace the 22 year old furnace. The work was performed quickly and efficiently and is working well. I am very happy with the services performed.
