DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible customer service. I was given the company to call for servicing by the Home Warranty company. I paid the $100 deductible. Brett (who I believe is the owner) came out for the service call. He stayed 15 minutes said he had to come back to do the diagnostic. He came out again, said he would not do any diagnostic work unless I signed a document stating I would pay him for his diagnostic time if he found the problem to be from improper installation. I signed the paper & question why I paid for his time to find the problem after I paid a deductible. He said he would not perform work unless I agreed to pay. I assured him that I would pay since I'd signed the document. I check on him 20 min later he had left without telling me & did not do any diagnostic. I called HMS. They contacted him & he told them I refused to pay & was disgruntled. HE DID NOT TELL ME he would not do the work & he did not tell me he was leaving. I rate this company at an F. Do not use it!
