I had tons of water coming into my basement. I found three companies online. I met with The Foundation Specialists. Fadi came out right away to take a look, give me an honest price to do what was the correct fix. My initial reaction from our meeting was that I was in good hands--he has over 30 years experience, he does not cut corners, and he gives options on how you want to go forward with a repair. The Foundation Specialists team laid down mats, they put up coverings to try to keep dust at a minimum to my stuff in the basement. Then they performed an amazing and fast project on my basement! They jack-hammered the perimeter inside my basement, laid down piping, installed a sump-pump, installed membrane walls, installed iron support beams, and then re-surfaced the areas previously cut. My basement looks like it never had water in it! The iron beams, membrane walls and sump pump give me reassurance that I will not incur water leakage in the future and that my foundation has been stabilized! They performed this work in about 4 and a half days. Fadi, Sammy and the rest of their team did an absolutely amazing job! I am so glad I chose them as my contractor! I recommend them without hesitation! What a wonderful experience!

My experience with Fadi Haboush was perfect. He is very knowledgeable, he explained to me the problem and how he would fix it. He also gave me tips on how to maintain it. He is a very nice man, was on time and was very good with communication. IE, letting me know when he was coming, responded to texts. I would recommend him to anyone :)

It was a great experience! I had received a couple other quotes before talking to Fadi, and actually had one company that told me they weren't interested in doing it because it was too much work. Fadi looked at it and told me exactly what the problem was and gave me a very reasonable estimate, about half the price of the others. He and his crew showed up when they said they would and got everything knocked out in 2 days. I was very happy with the work they did and my basement has not leaked since! I have referred Fadi to a few other people and have used him on another project myself as well. Everyone that I referred to him has had the same experience I did! He does an outstanding job for a portion of the cost of the big companies!

Fadi was awesome! He met with me very quickly to figure out what the problem was. I had met with one other company that could not tell me in detail what the problem was and Fadi was able to pinpoint the problem right away with his many years of experience and knowledge. He gave me a very reasonable price and was there when he said he was going to be there to get the work done. It was a big project, yet they still had everything completed in a couple days. I was very happy with the service that Fadi provided and have already recommended him to several other people and will continue to do so in the future!

I am a Realtor with Comey & Shepherd. My client just bought a house that was sinking in the corner of the addition. We didn't see it until all of the furniture was out of the house. I texted The Foundation Specialist LLC for the first time asking when he would have time to take a look. Fadi and his son Sam are very nice guys. Both were very mannerly and friendly. They were always on time and did a full days work. Our full size basement was in terrible condition with bowing walls and water coming through, Fadi corrected the bowing walls with steel I beams, drainage system and installed a sunk pump plus more. The pump has worked great with all this torrential rain we've had. Our basement hasn't had any water in it. We have not notice any movement of the walls. him. Fadi left our yard looking very nice. We highly recommend him. Fadi's estimate was less than half the amount of other estimates.

We had two companies bid the work. The first was a well known local "concrete lifting" company whose price was about $3,000 more. Fadi and his son Sam were great to work with through the entire process. Sam came out the day before to measure the height and the work was completed the next day in about 4 hours. They even took the time to cover our washer/dryer in plastic to keep dust off of them.

I was in a pinch with an inspection coming up and needed some foundation repair. I called Fadi and he was able to come in the next few days even though he was busy with other projects. The price was reasonable and he did an awesome job! He even repaired another spot for me at no charge. Very professional, fast and great price! I will be calling again if I need his services in the future.

We bought our house three years ago and at the time the basement was partially finished with drywall. Six months later we started getting water during heavy rains.
