Stealth foundation provided their recommendation for addressing in the water issue.

Steve was early and very professional. He took measurements, evaluated the walls, cracks. Water was standing in basement due to rain. Steve was not intimidated at all. He answered all the questions I had and more. Explained things very thoroughly. Will call and hire him again.

What a professional company & we will definitely use Stealth Foundation when & if we ever have a basement water issue in the future. We called Stealth Friday after a rainstorm where Mother Nature dropped 5” of rain in 24 hours. We had water in our basement which entered thru the window well opening for our dryer vent. Steve came to our home & spent an hour looking & investigating everything inside & outside. His expert advice for the “first step” (before considering major foundation work) is something we can manage ourselves. Absolute home run! Steve and Dave are the 1st class team you want helping you through the stress of a foundation issue. They simply care. I had a very difficult to excavate, 4 pier garage stabilization project, right next to trees, electric, gas & data service lines, and irrigation system lines. Other companies would have ran for the hills just due to the amount of hand digging required. We started in December, and after excavating we found that the gas and electric line needed to be moved prior to pier installation. Then the Cincinnati area deep freeze came, freezing the ground and the project in its tracks. Then all the crazy rain came. After waiting months for the weather to cooperate, Stealth stuck by my side as I worked through the challenges of coordinating multiple Duke energy gas/electric crews to disconnect and reconnect the gas/electric lines. Stealth really proved that they were personally invested in every detail of my project.

I spoke with Steve on the phone. He picked up right away even though it was baout lunch time. After explaining my situation he said couldn't provide the specific service I wanted to resolve it, but recommended another company and even a DIY option. I appreciated his candor and not trying to steer me into something my may not need so many businesses will tend to do. Seems like a straight-shooting guy and business, and will call again if I have any other issues they might be able to help with.

Stealth Foundation, Steve specifically, came out and looked at the foundation and reported back. He told me everything that I needed to repair the wall and the foundation. He explained things in a manner that was a whole lot less intimidating than what I was thinking. He explained what he saw and what was needed to fix the problem. I hired him and was THRILLED with the work. The company went above and beyond what I expected! If I ever need foundation or water proofing work done again - I will hire Stealth. Without hesitation!

Steve came out within 24 hr to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and explained our options for a sump pump installation. The installation crew installed the system in a timely manner. They did an excellent job minimizing dust while cutting into the concrete floor. The finished project looks and works great. Steve and his crew where very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Steve and I spoke on the phone and I emailed him pictures of the problem. He came over that same day and looked at both the inside and outside areas. He dug out the outside area and looked behind the interior pegboard to determine the cause of the problem and the solution. The next day, he utilized concrete to stabilize the area and correct the areas where water and gravel were entering. He then cleaned up both the inside and outside areas where he worked. He left my property with zero cleanup work for me to do. He was able to answer all my questions, and instilled a great deal of confidence. The cost was very reasonable.

Very well. The necessary repairs were completed in bout a day &and a half and excellently well done. A lifetime transferable Warranty applies to the three repairs.

In July, 2013 I paid $49 to Angies Liist for a foundation inspection offered by Stealth Foundation that normally cost $175. This deal was to expire 12/29/2013. On 12/9/13 I called Stealth to see if they would extend the deal and Steve (The Owner) said "sure, just call to schedule it when convenient for me". On Friday, 6/30/2017 (3-1/2 yrs later) I left a message for Steve to call me. He returned my call immediately, he grinned at me and said "sure, I'll honor that deal". We scheduled his inspection for Monday, July 3rd at 11:00. I was blown away that he was willing to come out on the day before July 4th as well as to still honor the deal price. WHAT A CLASS ACT! Steve arrived on time, did a quality inspection of a serious foundation problem, which is causing a wall to lean in and has broken plumbing PVC pipe and crushed some duct work. Needless to say, this wouldn't have happened if I hadn't waited so long. Steve discussed a couple of possible ways to fix the problem and suggested I call a structural engineer he recommended for a second opinion of the possible solutions. Once that inspection is done, Steve will get back with me to finalize the course of action. I am so happy that I had the good fortune to meet Steve. I have 2 neighbors that had similar problems with their foundations, and both of them were ripped off by 2 companies before they found a third company that finally did their job right. Steve, thanks so much for being the honest business owner that you are!

I live in a 100+ year old house, so any repair, replacing or remodeling work is usually complicated. However, Steve and his professional team came in and knew exactly what to do to keep our basement dry and it worked. The work was very professional and thorough. Stealth determined and provided evidence of their conclusions and were timely and responsive to our requests. I would recommend them to anyone needing foundation work.

We had some difficulty scheduling the work because of weather, but once started the crew was prompt, professional, and finished the corner repair, inside and out, plus installation of a sump pump in three days. In addition, they discovered significant bowing in the block foundation wall and installed 3 steel support beams to stabilize the blocks. They included this work with a minimal increase in the total cost. In fact, the final cost of their completed work was less than the original estimates from 2 other companies. (We obtained estimates from 3 different waterproofing companies before choosing Stealth. The other 2 seemed much more interested in a hard sell than actually assessing our particular issue.) The repair by Stealth has withstood the spring rains and torrential downpour. We would employ Stealth in the future to complete the waterproofing of the basement.

They were prompt and worked hard to get the job done. Fortunately, we had a few rain free days to allow them to access the area and get the piers in. The site was cleaned daily and the work was done very professionally and was well thought out and planned to avoid any issue or further damage. The room is level and now can be finished and used without worry. Great job. Hope we don't have to use them again, but would recommend them to anyone with foundation issues.

I had Steve come out to look at my foundation in the basement. The issue spots that I showed him turned out not to need much work and he instructed me on how to do the fixes myself. Reassured me the structure was fine and recommended some locations to purchase the supplies. Instead of trying to charge me for unneeded extras he was up front and honest which is always nice. Would call back for any future needs.

We had water flood our finished basement during a bad storm in Cincinnati. As we slowly began to tear into our finished basement and get to the root of the problem, Steve graciously came out 3 times to talk us through what we had found. Once we got to the core issue, Steve consulted us on what we needed to do - a fix we could try on our own and not spend thousands of dollars. I felt completely reassured that Steve took the time to 1) come out multiple times to speak with my husband and me and 2) did not take advantage of the situation and tell us we needed to spend a ton of money fixing a problem that we could fix on our own. I would absolutely recommend Stealth Foundation despite not having work done, because when you find companies like this who are honest and tell you when you DON'T need to spend a ton of money, they are the ones you want to stick with in the long run in my opinion.
