He examined the outside and inside. He said everything seemed sound and recommended a dehumidifier. It is tough for me to grade quality because he was only here for 15 minutes.

I called because my garage floor is starting to crack in several places. Also, there is a slight crack in my foundation wall (the garage is under my house. He told me it was no problem and I needed to do nothing. He came to Oxford from Cincinnati and charged me nothing. I so appreciate his honesty and would definitely use him in the future. He was very nice and he certainly made my day!

The experience was excellent! I had serious time constraints and when I explained the situation, he was very responsive and made the repair within the time frame. He and his two assistants were very professional as well as competent. I have recommended him to some of my friends already. I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work.

Provider arrived promptly at the appointment time. He thoroughly inspected my garage foundation and took measurements. We discussed several options for my garage floor and he said he would send me an emailed estimate for the solutions he suggested. Email arrived the next day. Although we are not going to haveany work completed at this time - we would definately use this provider in the future.

One of the things that I have come to appreciate is the courtesy that was shown to me and my husband by Steve and his crew. Steve called a week in advance to establish a time (date and time). He showed up on time and explained what the procedure would involve. As his team began to work, Steve answered our questions about the suggestions that he had previously given to us. He was patient and even helped us identify other avenues to attack the incoming water problem. After the pier had been put in place Steve had me come out to see what had been completed. It was a pleasure to work with such an outstanding professional. I will use Steve again for the next project on our list.

I have not yet decided whether to accept his bid, because it's rather high (or maybe it's not -- other bids will tell). HOWEVER, I want to point out that, in essence, that "deal" turned out to be that I paid $49 to get an ESTIMATE, although the "deal" was phrased as an "evaluation," which sounded like something more comprehensive. I understand that gasoline is costly, and perhaps the company just wanted to recoup that, since it's way out in Milford, but I think if that was the case, it should've been stated as such. So, basically, I'd advise against the "deal" only. There are likely other firms that would give you a FREE estimate.

I purchased a "big deal" for a foundation inspection and an estimate for the basement repair. The home was purchased at auction and had many problems including the foundation/basement. Steven arrived on time for our appointment and inspected the site to formulate a plan to salvage the home. It had draining issues and a broken basement wall. Once we agreed on a plan of attack he prepared an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable for the scope of work. However, with the other problems and mounting costs to rehabilitate the home i have decided to have it demolished. When I have another basement related problem I will call Steven. He is very knowledgeable and experienced.

Steve gave excellent service for a great price. I would highly recommend him. I am very happy with his service.

Awesome service. After purchasing the "Big Deal" from Angie's List on a Sunday evening, I emailed the company to schedule an appointment since I'd be tied up for the next two days on business. I received a response within hours and everything was set up for the third day. Super responsive and easy to contact via the means that worked best for me - a refreshing change from the multi-day telephone tag I experience with lots of other service providers. Steve arrived at the exact appointment time and was both professional and pleasant. He was very thorough in examining the basement and garage, asked appropriate questions as needed, and clearly explained what he was looking at. He was similarly concientious in his inspection of the exterior of my home. Steve then spent just the right amount of time sharing his observations and recommendations with me. He was never rushed but also seemed to value my time and did not waste it with lots of chit chat about himself. He came across as extremely ethical by not pushing any work and in many cases, telling me that repairs to certain areas would only be cosmetic in nature so they were not necessary unless they bothered me. He did give me a reasonable quote for repairing a leak in my garage wall but informed me that it was not creating additional problems so it could be done at any time - no rush. I really felt very relieved and reassured as to the condition of my home as a result of his visit. I plan to use Stealth Foundation for the one real repair that is needed and to recommend them to my friends and neighbors. It was refreshing to find a dependable company that makes the customers' needs their priority.

The quote was reasonable. They responded to me within a week from when I called them.

In the fall of 2012 we noticed cracks in our foundation. We called several foundation companies to find out what was going on. The first two companies had different opinions and both wanted to do an extensive amount of work. The third company we called was Stealth Foundation, Steve Cohen came out and was very thorough. He showed us exactly what the problem was and how the foundation settlement problem was affecting other areas as well. He explained that once the area of settlement was raised and stabilized we would not need to address the other areas. They performed the work two weeks later and did everything he said they would and it was done in a timely manner. After the work was completed, Steve went over the job details with us to explain and answer any questions we may have. They were very polite and left the work area much cleaner than we expected. We are very happy with Steve and his company; not to mention, We saved $6000.00 by not being sold unnecessary work by the previous companies. We have already recommended Stealth Foundation to my brother and they are working on his foundation now.

The owner, Steve, recommended an engineer to define the work needed. The work was performed on schedule, and with impressive care and precision. An unexpected complication was handled quickly and fairly. The communication and cleanup was wonderful.
