 + -1 moreI WOULD SAY THAT OUR EXPERIENCE WITH RYAN HOMES HAS BEEN FANTASTIC. OUR HOME IS BEAUTIFUL, AND THE SUPPORT WE HAVE RECEIVED THROUGH THE BUILD HAS BEEN WONDERFUL. THE PROCESS WAS WELL WITHIN THE ORIGINAL TIME FRAME, DESPITE THE WEATHER. THE FEW SMALL PROBLEMS THAT OCCURRED WERE HANDLED PROMPTLY AND EFFICIENTLY. WE LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING WITH RYAN HOMES IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: CUSTOM BUILT 3200 SQ FT HOME WITH BASEMENT. WORKED WITH US TO HELP US FIND A HOME WITHIN OUR BUDGET WITH THE AMENITIES THAT WE WANTED. THE HOME HAS EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS OF A BUILT HOME. THOUGH WE WERE NERVOUS AT FIRST, BILL HELPED US WITH FINANCING, AND WALKED US THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE PROCESS TO HELP US FEEL COMFORTABLE.
