My experience with this service was a very positive one. Over and above to please. Arrived at expected time and went right to work. Even corrected an awful situation that a different service had created. He and his brother were both friendly, profession al and a pleasure to work with. I am sure you will be pleased as well.

It went very well. Rick was 10 minutes early and finished twice as fast as I expected. There was a downpour last night and it just rained again today and the downspout/drain is working well. Rick and his brother were professional and neat, and the area was left looking neater than when they started. I would definitely use Rick again!

Everything went smoothly. He was very polite and professional. My request for a quote was quick,he came out the same day to meet and evaluate the project. Obviously he was experienced and understood exactly what I needed. He quoted a price on the spot and completed the job 2 days later. Was quick and easy. I am definitely keeping his number for future projects.

We called him and he never returned our call.

Quality work done quick and at competitive price

He did the work as requested and shared his ideas to properly do the work at the best price. He purchased what was needed and was always on time. He would quote me a price for materials and after purchasing them he was always right about the price. He quoted me a price for the work and never charged more than his original quote even if he had to do something extra. He was excellent in helping to remove the water from in the crawl space under the house. This could have been a very expensive project but he told me what he could do and I agreed. He did an excellent job and FHA approved the work so I could sell the house. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a fair price and work well done.

Rick was a huge help. He helped to identify a problem area on our deck that needed fixed as well as fixing some trim on the side of our house. Rick was very willing to answer questions throughout the process.

Rick was great, very thorough to complete all the steps we needed to take care of a house inspection on a house we are selling. Would use again!

Rick was on time and very professional. I had completed some of the demolition previously because if it had only been a surface issue I could have fixed but the damage went into the structure. Rick came out and gave me an estimate and went through the details of what he expects to see, how to repair, and possible worst case scenarios. We scheduled the repair and all went as expected. the repair consisted of replacing a portion of the Rim Joist, flashing, and trim. He left the area cleaner than it was before he arrived. I would use Rick again if the need arises.

Very pleased with the work that Rick did. He responded quickly via email, and then stopped by the same day to see the project and agree on the price. Even though it was cold and raining today, came and did the work as agreed to.

He always seems to complete the job and I don't have any complaints about him.
