I am not happy with this Company. My gas log fireplace was not lighting properly and emitting strong fumes. I had to wait almost two weeks for the first appointment. Normally I wouldn't mind but this is our main heat in our basement where my office is. With the cold blast we had in February our back up heat was not enough. They came promptly at appointment time on Feb 10th. The tech seemed knowledgable and made adjustments which seemed to fix the problem. They didn't accept credit cards because office was closed so I wrote them a check. It worked for one day and started doing same thing. I called Monday morning but they couldn't come back til Feb 27th. Monday morning when I called I for second apt I explained to Bill I wanted to pay by credit card. He promised me he wouldn't cash the check until the project was completed. He didn't want to take the cc # til then. OK. Bill also explained to me at that time we probably needed a new burner unit and he would have the tech to bring one so we could see if that would work. I was happy with that, thought a good idea. Three days later he cashed the check. Back to the second apt, they arrived promptly, however, a few days before our basement flooded. The Tech was able to get it lit and going which impressed me but the unit still wouldn't stay lit. They said I needed a new burner unit which would be expensive. I asked him to try the new unit he was supposed to bring. He didn't know nothing about it and said he had not talked to Bill other than to get the apt time. We asked for a quote which they were to call back with. Today is March 9 and no reply. I have been without heat since the First week of Feb. The tech is prompt and polite. I don't have a problem with them. It's the management that I am not happy with. I will not recommend them.

I am very pleased with their service. They sealed the chimney cracks, put on a new crown, and sealed and painted around the flashing. They took project photos of the before and after and included them with the invoice. We had to reschedule one time due to weather and when they came, the appointment was for 11:00am, they were on the job a little after 9:30am. This company cares about customer service. I highly recommend them.

They were very quick and responsive in comparison to other companies recommended that wanted to come out months later.

They are helping update two fireplaces.

Bill and his brother were extremely polite, considerate and honest professionals. They researched my issue prior to the visit and were very knowledgeble of their recommendations on my solution. I appreciate honest contractors who are truly working toward the best interest of their customers. I would definitely consider and refer their services in the future.

Confusion between owner and tech that came to house. They were supposed to clean and install gas fireplace logs. The tech ended up doing it himself and it came out fine, but almost another delay.

An HONEST contractor! He advised me that the chimney flashing didn't need replaced and showed me a couple of small fixes that I could do myself. I saved a lot of money. Thanks again. He was a really nice guy as well.
