Kodie and Dave did an excellent job installing the fence. They were easy to work with and helpful. We had a slight hiccup with the inspector and Dave called right away so that we could get the situation handeled in a timely manner. I would give pioneer fence an A rating in every category. Jeff was extremely accommodating fitting our project in to a tight window when he was very busy. Installers Dave and Codie were so helpful and pleasant, managed to get our project done it what seemed like record time, and left the yard looking great.

Steve was great to work with in the quoting and scheduling portion of the job. He gave me a very competitive pricing. When the job was actually done, Toni and his crew did a great job. They were very professional and careful. Toni understood my needs very well. Everything was done as agreed and in the time they said they would. I was very happy with the installation and the fence looks great. I have received many compliments from the neighbors.

Very easy to work with. Dale and his team listened to our specific wants and needs for the fence and drew up some good plans. We wanted to make a few revisions, and they made the process easy. The best part was how professional the installation was on the day of service and how GREAT the scalloped picket fence looked when completed. It went fantastic. We had Dave and Kodie put up our fence. They were super hard working and professional. They got it done in 2 days. It is sturdy and looks way better than I expected it to. We have gotten lots of compliments from neighbors on how nice it looks and our dog LOVES it!!

Good customer service, clear about what they could do and the timeframe. Fence looks good, they got everything installed in 2 days and they made sure that our tiny dogs couldn't find an escape route. We are satisfied customers.

The scheduling was a little challenging, since we were trying to coordinate with a driveway project. However, when we were ready they came out and installed it promptly. I felt that everyone on the team was very easy to work with. The guys who came out to install it were very nice and walked me through all the different options to make sure it was exactly how we wanted it. We have had a few problems with the gate not closing properly once the weather cooled down, but when I called they were very responsive and said they would have someone come right out to tweak it. All in all, I was very pleased and the fence looks great!

Pioneer put in our original split-rail fence almost 25 years ago, and did a great job then. I am happy to report that they did a great job this time as well. They were professional, prompt, and friendly during the entire process. I contacted them through the Angie's List website and they responded within a day to set up a time to come out and inspect the property and discuss the fence/gate options. They arrived on time, we talked over the options, and they had an estimate within a few days. I felt the price was very fair considering the prep work that needed to be done. We set up a general time to begin the process, and they actually called to say that they could start the project a few days earlier than scheduled! The three men who came to tear down the old fence, clear out the brush, and put in the new fence were prompt and polite. They discussed everything with me during the entire process (which took a few days due to the amount of brush and overgrowth that had to be removed as well as a couple of rain delays), and kept me informed of any changes or suggestions. The 3 of them--Chris, Dave, and Kodie--went out of their way to make sure everything was done right. My husband and I are very pleased with the finished fence and the new gates. I would recommend the Pioneer Fence Team to anyone needing fence replacement or repair!

Everything went smoothly. The longest delay was getting the initial estimate. Once we had that, they were able to schedule installation within 3 weeks, significantly sooner than any other company we spoke with. Installation was done in about 2 and half days and Chris, Kodie and Dave did a great job. They were very thorough in making sure that not only did the fence meet all of our requirements but that it looked great as well. They checked in with us along the way to make sure that the line was what we were imagining and adjusted as necessary to meet our needs.

Tony and his crew did a wonderful job and continued into the early evening to complete the entire job in one day!

The job went well! They estimated the job would take 3-5 days and it took 5 days! Tony's crew did a wonderful job! At night everything was cleaned up and nothing dangerous was left out for my twins(3yrs) or my dog to get into to..... Where the old privacy fence was removed they put up a temporary fence so the neighbors dog or my clan couldn't wander into one another's yards. All in all I would do business with Pioneer Fence again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for these types of services. Sincerely, Jeff K.

They were very nice and talked to me about several different options. They were on-time, and very nice. I would use them again.

Smoothly! Pioneer quote provider was friendly and efficient. Unlike a few fence places we considered was quite willing to get and install stockade (which matches our neighbor so another design wasn't an option for us). Bid was very competitive and team worked quickly and respectfully of our neighbors' property.

It was hotter than blue blazes when they came out to put the fence up. I love the fence and the dogs love it. It took about a week for the fence to be put up. I have a very big yard so I was impressed that they did it in the time they did. The workers were very friendly and good. They were easy to chat with and were hard workers. I was shocked with their price; I thought it was going to be at least $10,000 or more because of the size. I also got a 10-percent senior discount.

Pioneer did a fantastic job on installing my fence. The fence looks great and the job was done quickly and professionally. I had an existing chain link fence that couldn't be removed, so they installed the cedar fence in front of it and stair stepped the panels down the hill. They even filled some holes in front of the existing fence where the ground had settled. The crew was courteous and professional and they cleaned up after they were done. They completed the job in one day and with no additional charges. Fantastic!

Pioneer's estimator came out, took measurements, and gave us an estimate for installing several hundred feet of stockade and moving a pre-existing wire fence elsewhere. We signed off on the estimate. A couple weeks later, Pioneer shows up to do the work. The foreman was deliberately rude and complained about everything. Midway through the job he demanded more money, as if things had somehow changed since the estimate. When we refused, he gave us the silent treatment, stopped work, refused to leave and PHYSICALLY THREATENED us by waving around metal bars. The cops had to be called to remove him from the property. We called up the company and they stubbornly refused to refund us the balance on the account, instead insisting we owed them money. Pioneer Fence is actually owned by a Latino radio company, and the owner of the firm accused us of being racist against Latinos. I informed the owner that I myself am actually part Latino and didn't think much of his accusations. After a lot of very unpleasant wrangling, we came to an agreement , and another contractor finished the work. Pioneer was supposed to move the wire fence; they insisted it had been "misplaced". Our next-door neighbor, a pastor, told us they carted it off. So they stole the wire fence, which we had to replace out-of-pocket. Bottom line - pushy, dishonest, VIOLENT, THIEVES, don't hire them, period.

We used Pioneer Fence to install our 3 rail split rail fence with wire lining. All work was completed accurately (we outlined the area) and professionally, The workers were great, moving the excess clay from digging the post holes to the area we requested. They installed the main portion of fence in one day and returned the following day to finish up the gates. We appreciate their work, this is the third time we have used them, with each move, to install a fence for our dogs. We also asked if we could keep the extra wire lining in case of future holes and they left us the extra wire.

They were phenomenal. They were here and it was freezing cold. The gentlemen's names are Rick and Tony. They came one day and unloaded all the materials. The next day, they were here early in the morning and worked until it got dark. They finished the project. They were two nice guys. They were clean. They were courteous. They were good to my animals. They were topnotch. I would definitely use them in the future.

Our Homeowners Association took several bids on a new fence and decided to use Pioneer Fence for the job. Pioneer Fence was very responsive from the estimate process, to selcting the materials, and answering any questions that we had. This was a big job involving 846 feet of fencing. We went with a bronze colored powder coated aluminum with a limited lifetime warranty. Pioneer warranted their workmanship for three years. The crew that did our installation was excellent. They took pride in the installation and their workmanship. They leveled the dirt and filled in holes and left the work site in excellent shape. The fence was a straight as they could possibly make it. They even went so far as to secure the decorative post caps with matching screws even though they were not required to do this and the extra time involved in this process. It took only three and a half days to complete this large project. Overall we were very pleased with Pioneer Fence and their installers on this project and would recommend them as a fence company for those considering a fence project.

EXCELLENT! The gate was made too perfectly so it was slightly too big. Becuase of the mistake they provided a free install of the gate and did an incredible job. The quality of products used was top notch and the staff was great. I HIGHLY recommend them to ANYONE with any fencing needs.

Excellent! They were prompt with their quote, surveyor and tree company came out and did a great job also. But top notch goes to the crew that actually installed the fence, they did a perfect job and we could not be happier with the outcome. I would recommend them to anyone.

We love the results. The fence looks great and they did a great job with the installation. They were replacing our old fence...and the method they used to install this fence is much better than our old one. The team came on time, worked independently and were respectful of our property. We're very happy with Pioneer Fence and we would hire them again. I must add that the team installing the fence didn't seem to like each other -- they argued a lot. I was taken aback by this...never had vendors argue...loudly...while working. It was a bit unprofessional...but it didn't seem to impact their work.

Pioneer Fence did a great job of installing our KY Post and Board Fence. We shopped around a few places and their professionalism, knowledge, selection and price were the key factors in us choosing Pioneer Fence. They were very efficient in installing the fence, only took one weekend to do and it looks beautiful. We've gotten many compliments from our neighbors.
