Quick install, answered questions before getting started. Started on a Friday, originally said they would complete over the weekend if necessary, but came back Monday to complete (small miscommunication). Overall happy with work done and condition of yard after completion.

From estimate to install completion, Pioneer was professional. They picked up after themselves. They also took care to ensure no damage was done to the yard or plants.

They did a fantastic job. Very professional, installed it quickly, and they were very friendly.

The person did and excellent job at replacing all the needed posts and the wood fencing on the gate in a timely manner. He was courteous and polite.

I fist contacted Pioneer Fence and was put in touch with Steve Smith. Steve was Great! He was very professional and walked me though all my options/timing/etc. He had to come to the house a couple times because we made some last minute changes to our plans and he was really great to work with. The installers were really and professional & nice to my family. I have a uneven backyard that is hard to work with and they did a really nice job with the Aluminum fencing. The only part I was not completely satisfied with was the 96ft of Polyvinal privacy fence that was put in the back portion of my yard. The fence was installed and was extremely uneven. I do have a yard that is uneven so I understand it is hard to work with but some of the panels just looked bad. I let my sales contact Steve Smith know and he sent the installers back to make some adjustments. It looks better now but is still not up to the standard on the back fence of what I thought I would get for the money. All in all they were still a very good company, with good pricing and service.

PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT. Did I mention PERFECT. Kevin and Joe did a SUPER JOB! I'm a hard grader. These gentlemen EXCEEDED my expectations. Wish i had more fences to install. They ARE that good. BTW - so so so many other vendors in our area were rude, snotty, some said they'd come to give a bid and NEVER showed up. Pioneer was so easy and professional to deal with. Steve was our saleperson and I'd be remiss if I did not mention Tonya's excellent service from the office, so helpful and pleasant. NOT our experience with other companies. At all! What more can a satisfied customer say? From our experience, Pioneer is THE BEST !!!!!!!

Dave and Kodie did an outstanding job on our new fence. They were very helpful, and professional at all times. They're workmanship is top notch very happy, and appreciative of everything they did the whole time they were here. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new fence.

The work was completed better than expected!

Dale, who provided the original quote, was great. Personable and timely with his communications. The install team, Kodie and Dave, were great as well. They took the time to go through the work that would be done before they began it and walked us through everything they did, after they did it. Asked repeatedly if we had any questions or concerns, ensuring we were happy with all the work. Appreciated the thoroughness of this. We experienced some issues getting the install done after we submitted our contract as apparently some of the install team had surgery or were out of the office unexpectedly in December. Unfortunately I wasn't made aware of this until it was over a month and I called to check on a status update. We were immediate provided an update and the crew was then out there within the week. I understand these things happen, just would've appreciated more proactive communications from the office staff managing the install jobs. All in all, Pioneer is great and we'd recommend them!

The crew showed up on time and were extremely professional and hard working. The fence turned out beautifully and they completed it in only two days (and one day was cut in half due to the weather). In addition, the company was extremely responsive to my questions throughout about styles of fence and what I could expect. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to a friend or family member. I will definitely use the Company again if I need a future fence installed. Overall we were extremely satisfied.

Work was great quality and done in about one day. Everything was as well as expected and clean-up was also performed in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to use Pioneer Fence again and am very satisfied with their work!!

The person who came out and gave us an estimate was prompt and professional and very patient and kind to our children. The crew that came out was also prompt and kind and professional. They wanted to double check the estimate and our request for which part of the fence to work on before they began. The fence looked good and it was stable when they were done. We are happy with their work.

Installers Kevin and Joe arrived on time each of the 2 days required to complete the installation and were friendly, neat and efficient throughout the removal and install . Great job.

Start to finish, good communication and service. Recognizing that the company is very busy during the summer, I had to wait a while to get my project scheduled. But, whenever I contacted Dale regarding scheduling status, he was very prompt and professional in his communication. When the crew finally came out to perform the repair, they did a very thorough job, i.e. they took care in performing the work and did not cut corners. After the project was finished, I noticed a week later that the crew had replaced one of the wrong fence posts. When I contacted Dale about it, he promptly send out a crew to get it replaced.

Waiting for the fence construction to begin was a challenge having two hyper dogs. But, it was worth the wait! The fence is a Kentucky board fence and it is beautiful! They walked me along the fence once it was complete and explained the contour of the land and how they made sure the fence was flush with the ground throughout. They also demonstrated how the gates worked and the durability of the fence before leaving. We mentioned a concern with a discharge pipe that was close to a post and they had already noticed that, and hand dug the post to be sure they stayed clear of the pipe. They cleaned up all tools and debris and were very friendly. They were also very understanding of my obnoxious dogs barking at them. We love the fence! and, the dogs are sleeping at my feet right now after running around in their new back yard. The three professionals that installed the fence were Dave, Kodie and Josh. All very professional and friendly.

Tony's team was great to work with and made the whole process go so smoothly. They showed up on time and we went over everything before they got started. They completed the work that same day. The fence looks great!

It went very well. I was really happy with their performance as well as the timming and quality of the work and the product. The 2 men ( kevin, joe ). I also like the fact that Pioneer called to confirm that someone will be here before coming and doing the job. I am extremely happy with Pioneer as well as Kevin and Joe.

Set a install date, which they kept pushing back and pushing back. They said it would be another 5 weeks from the original install date. We were then given our deposit back because we said we couldn't wait that long. They had no remorse about giving us our deposit back.

About 80 feet of split rail fencing was replaced as requested. Two older gates (the original installation was in 1994) were also replaced. The new fencing looks very good. The crew did a very good job of cleaning up their work areas.

Once we finally got on the schedule, the installers (Josh and Kevin) were on time. They worked with very few breaks and completed the fence in a timely fashion. The fence installed required working within the existing landscaping. No plants were damaged due to their careful effort. There where about 16 boards that need to be replaced because of excess warping and rotting. Everything was taken care of.
