Description of Work: Installed a 5 ft high Ky board and post fence around my garden. They did a nice job on the installation. Very pleased.

Description of Work: Had issue with lattice tops installed and was offered a price reduction on final bill, I elected to take the credit on new property that needed fence & will be using them again. |Dale, the sales rep was great very easy going NO high pressure sales tactics, "like others we had quote tried". He was able to address all my concerns and issues pre & post instillation. There prices CAN'T be beat trust me I looked.....I had all major fence company out to quote. their quality of work from what we had done I would say is a B+ but that is only due to the lattice that was used was not built on spot. |

Description of Work: Installed a 3 rail perimeter fence. The crew was polite and very efficient. Pioneer and their crew had explained what they would do and did it exactly.

Description of Work: All went well. Had to have come back for clean up. Also, did not fill in post holes until I told them to do so. Damaged, yet repaired downspout. Fence looks great.

Description of Work: A LARGE wild cherry tree fell in our woods and its top broke ~6 rails in 3 sections of our split rail fence. Pioneer removed and replaced the rails AND the exterior wire mesh. They did a fine job for a fair price quickly and cleaned up before leaving the job sight.

Description of Work: Pioneer did a great job. I needed the horizontal and a few vertical fence post replaced. Some of them were in overgrown brush. They were able to bring out the fence posts and make the fence like new. They even re-attached the chain link to the fence.

Description of Work: We contacted Pioneer to install a cedar fence in our backyard to contain our noisy (and nosy) beagles. We went through several iterations of fence options and finally settled on a specific fence. This process took several weeks but that was mostly due to issue on my end and not anything with Pioneer. However after the decision was made and the appointment was booked there were a series of false starts. In the first case it was because the install team came out to do the work BEFORE the site survey was completed. We discussed it with the Pioneer team and they were very forthcoming in explaining the cause as a new team leader who made an error. The actual install was done quickly and the quality of the work is good. I would use Pioneer again.

Description of Work: I had a bad experience with the estimator who came out to my home. Apparently this gentleman was the previous owner of the business which has recently been purchased and under new management. I talked via phone with one of the new owners who assured me that no one else will have this same experience. He also stated that he had spoken with the estimator involved regarding his actions. I appreciated the new owner's phone call and apology. I was assured that going forward Pioneer would have better customer service and better communication with customers.

Description of Work: We contacted this company because they installed the fencing in our yard many years ago, and we were in the need of a repair estimate for our neighbors fence from wind damage. We also needed our gate and hardware for the fence they installed repaired. After their vist -which was prompt ,that was the end of them! We have called 10-12 times and the answer, " I will have Scott get back to you" is all we get. We needed the quote in writing to submit for insurance, why is that so difficutl? Terrible customer service, will never recommend.
