+ -1 moreI needed service on short notice. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule. They showed up on time, did a tremendous job, and stayed on quote. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional and had a great price.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in whole house including pet stain removal.

+ -1 moreI called and left a message. I received a prompt call back, and the interaction was very courteous and professional. The service was completed within 4 days of my initial call.
Description of Work: I spilled red wine on my new off-white carpet. Although the carpet is stainmaster, the recommended cleaning procedure did not work. I called New Dimension, and they not only removed the stain, but cleaned nearly the whole room for no extra cost. There is no trace of the wine left.

+ -1 moreDID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO GET BACK AND HANDLE OUR EMERGENCY. THERE WAS NO WAY TO TELL THAT A GALLON OF GOLD LATEX PAINT HAD BEEN SPILLED ON OUR GREEN CARPET.
Description of Work: CLEANED CARPETS AT OUR STORE AND CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND TOOK CARE OF WHERE WE HAD SPILLED A GALLON OF PAINT ON NEW AREA OF CARPET JUST PUT DOWN.
