Did not get much done in 3 hours. Other services used have been more efficient.

At the last minute, my mother decided our large Irish family reunion would be better suited at my house. Working full time I panicked and called Maid in Cincinnati. Andrea was wonderful, getting the details,and telling me she would call me back ASAP. She indeed did, and told me Audra would be over at 2. Audra was very punctual and pleasant. She was amazing and worked harder cleaning my house than I ever have! The results were amazing and allowed me the time to enjoy out of town guests, and cook without feeling stressed and overwhelmed. I couldn't have dreamed a more delightful experience, when it could have been a nightmare. I am in their debt!

It went okay. The person was late. She called me at the time she was supposed to come. She was 1 1/2 hours late but she did call. She did an okay job. I'm not going to use them again because it could have been better but it was okay. It wasn't great. It was $95 for two hours. The experience was average. She did what I asked her to do.

I was looking for a service to do regular cleaning of my home. Thought this "Big Deal" would be an opportunity for me to check these folks out, and for them to offer me there service in the future. Sent three people, I think and spent about an hour. They were OK... not great... and no one ever approached me for future service.

It has been awhile, but I recalled being very pleased. I will call them again when I need extra help before company comes.

It's nice to have them come and just do specific jobs, like the bathrooms. They're willing work with me; I clean the house and they clean the bathrooms so we can get done quickly. They'll do what ever you ask them to do. I always request the same woman to come because I really like her.

One of the girls didn't really know what she was doing. She was asking the other girl what she needed to do next. I asked for the floors to be mopped, but they didn't mop. My son's graduation in on Friday and I'm disabled and that's why I hired them to clean. I went in the basement to get out of their way which I regret because I feel I needed to watch them. I paid for 4 hours of work, and they sent two girls for two hours. I wanted my kitchen, foyer, bathrooms, and bedroom to be dusted, swept, and mopped. They didn't do a walkthrough. They didn't dust. There is still stuff in the sink. They didn't do the floors. I think the only thing they really worked on was the bathtub. They treated me like a liar. I didn't get what I paid for. She said she would give me my deposit back which is $30. So they kept $110 and now I need to hire someone else to clean again. This all could've be avoided if they did a walkthrough and told me they couldn't do everything in 4 hours.

We contract with this company to clean a house we rent on a biweekly basis. We have the same cleaning time every other week. The person that is sent over is prompt, through, fast, and very personable. The same person has provided services every time. The owner is the scheduler, and she has always been very easy to reach, both by phone and by email. The price is right too, we are paying 33% LESS than we used to spend on inferior service. I will recommend Maid in Cincinnati to whoever asks.

I joined Angie's List to find a good, trust-worthy house cleaner. I have found that in "Maid in Cincinnati". I am a persnickety cleaner and searched for someone who could do a thorough weekly clean. I emailed several companies on the list but Andrea, the owner, emailed me back immediately. She sends the same gals weekly and they do an excellent job! On the rare occasion when something is missed, they rectify it the next week. Andrea reminds me of my weekly appointments and follows up after each clean to ensure all went well via email. They are punctual and very professional. I find the pricing fair, and feel that I get every cent out of the service. I would highly recommend Maid in Cincinnati. Lelia K.

The house was not cleaned well, it did not even smell clean when they left. The quality of cleanliness was not there, they were not very thorough. They moved the sink when they cleaned and it pulled the pipe away from my sink causing me to have water leak when the faucet was turned on. They came back and fixed the problem, but later on I found a huge scratch on top of a cabinet. I also found a lamp later that did not have a light in it and the socket was disconnected, causing a short in my house. If she would have told me that happened, it would have been nice so I did not have this problem b/c it ended up costing me $400 to fix the circuit.

Everything went well. I made an appointment to get a cleaning on the expiration date of the 'big deal.' One person showed up and did the job in the time paid for. I only wanted special cleaning like window seals, baseboards, oven, stove and some vacuuming.

I had a good experience with Maid in Cincinnati. They are small, personable, and easy to work with. They seem to be committed to doing a good job.

I was having spinal surgery and my house had not been really cleaned for a while. I wanted to come home from the hospital to a clean house. I didn't want my husband to have to do any more chores than he was already doing. He will clean, but not really scrub the toilet, tub etc. I contacted maid in Cincinnati. they gave me an estimate and were willing to come the next day. I had never had anyone clean my house before so I felt embarrassed to sit there and have someone do my work. Sandy was wonderful and very understanding of my situation and made me feel better. She worked very hard the whole time she was there. My bathroom tub had not been that sparkly for a long time. The surgery went well and I got to come home to a clean house. Andrea has even e-mailed twice to check on me. That was very sweet and unexpected. I would recommend their service to all.

I strongly recommend this company. Not only were they able to accommodate my last -minute request, but they are extremely friendly as well as thorough. Jody was able to get my floor and bathroom tile cleaner than I ever have even after trying multiple products. I plan to continue having them come do work here until I get the ok to do it myself, and hopefully even beyond that time. It is worth the money and peace of mind.

These women are my Housecleaning Angels! Sheree and Sandi were sent to my house the first three times, and they are fantastic. They arrived fifteen minutes early on the first day, but I didn't notice this at first because they were sitting in their car waiting for the appointment time. I invited them in, and they got to work right away. They were very, very thorough and very professional. The carpets were full of cat hair, and Sheree used a technique for cleaning them that was so effective that it allowed me to cancel an appointment with a professional carpet cleaner that I had already made. The basement, which I had previously avoided because it been musty and moldy and I'm asthmatic, was transformed radically into a clean, nearly sparkling space that I'm pleased to spend time in. Each time Sheree and Sandi have cleaned for me, the quality of their work has been exceptional. They are always prompt and professional, and they have worked wonders for me. Kris and Jen were my cleaners for the most recent session. They are also excellent cleaners. The house was much cleaner overall when they came than it had been when Sheree and Sandi first started, so they didn't have the opportunity to perform as many "miracles." But Kris and Jen were just as prompt, professional, and efficient as Sheree and Sandi. Andrea, the owner of the business, is a pleasure to work with, too. I made my first booking by calling her to explain my situation and find out how to book a cleaning. I had to cancel and reschedule one cleaning, and she was very helpful and accommodating in finding a time in the near future when Sheree and Sandi could come to my house. As a result, I was able to have the house ready for a scheduled showing later the same day!

They have been great. I actually have some cleaning help and I used them for detail cleaning. Tiffany is really good. I've only done it once but I'm going to continue with them. I actually paid them twice and they were very nice and sent it back. They are very professional. The woman who scheduled it and the girl were fantastic.

My experience with this company was very positive from the return phone call after my first contact to the scheduling for every cleaning. They even found my cat's favorite cat toy. The price was exactly as expected, and the work was very much to my satisfaction. I am not very picky, and I hate to clean. I am thrilled with how clean my house is and I have recommended this company to my Mom and my friends. Chris told me about the unfortunate experience of a previous customer and how the company hoped they could make the difference going forward. I was reassured by this. I didn't have to find out about it accidentally, and I am even more sure this is a legit company trying to make the best of a bad situation.

We contracted with Maid in Cincinnati for an initial cleaning. A young woman came, and spent 4 hours. I was in the house, but I was not watching her closely. Much of the time I was practicing the piano, so, while she was in our bedroom, she knew where I was. A few days after she left, we noticed several items of jewelry missing, including one ring made specially for my wife on our 20th anniversary. We do not have a lot of jewelry, but everything that was gold was gone. Silver items had been disturbed but not taken. We called the company. Maid in Cincinnati has acted like an honest business. They were horrified. They fully cooperated with the police. However, in this case, we believe that our misplaced trust in them led us to welcome a thief into our home. They have done nothing to compensate us for our loss. They apparently rely on the honesty of the people that they hire, but they do not always hire people who can be trusted.

I am a realtor and I often have to arrange for homes that need "help" to be cleaned before showings. I scheduled the cleaning before the most recent mediocre reports and I almost canceled but I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find anyone else and decided to give them a chance. I am REALLY glad I did. When I called to set everything up the woman I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. The house that needed cleaning had a showing this past weekend and they only had 2 days notice but they get me fit into their schedule. The woman I spoke to new just what to do and made sure that they used products that smelled really good. That is important if you are ever selling a home. People don't want to walk in and smell chemicals. They did an excellent job and when I showed up Saturday morning to start setting up everything looked great. That was good but here is the best part. Tuesday night I got a call from a family that was coming from out of town to look at a house and could only see it Thursday morning. I knew the house needed a lot of "attention". I called Maid in Cincinnati but it was late they were closed. I sent a frantic email at about 830pm and before 9pm a man called me back. His name was not Tom like someone else said but he said he was the only man there and he was extremely helpful. He asked a few questions about scheduling and said he would call me back after talking to the maids. By 10pm we had everything worked out so the maids were there first thing in the morning. It took two of them 5 hours and they did the MOST wonderful job. I don't think the family is buying the house but the owner did say it was the cleanest it had been since she moved in!
