I had recently put my house up for sale. The kitchen drawer where I put silverware came apart. I had repaired it many times before, but this time I couldn't. Using Angie's list, I contacted a number of handyman services, construction companies... Prices were high and the timing was off. I decided to contact Innerwood. I knew it designed and built custom cabinetry. Stephanie, the first person I spoke with, was a great customer service representative. She put me at ease and guided me through the process. I had a wonderful drawer built, the price was right, and timing was quick. When I picked up my drawer, I took a tour of the facility. Wow! This company designs and builds incredible rooms. I recommend taking a look when redesigning rooms in your home.

It went very well. They showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job. We started with the stairs. We had not intended on using them for the stairs, but we mentioned that we wanted it done and were having trouble finding a company that could do it without putting in a whole new stair system. They said they could get it done. Hristina came over to take measurements for both the stair rail and the ceiling beams. She is an excellent engineer and has a good eye for seeing how things should be done. The stair system took about a day to complete. We are very happy with the results. There was an issue with the ceiling beams, however. Our two ceiling fans were not aligned with the windows and would have to be moved. This was accomplished with an electrician who removed the fans, ran electric and then replaced the fans once the beams were installed. Innerwood worked with our electrician, the A/V guy who was putting together our sound system and TV and also the painters to coordinate when each contractor would need to be there. The ceiling beams are beautiful, and match so perfectly that they look like they were original with the house. Rebecca and George worked with us on the mantel, lowering it so the TV would fit above, and then putting in a second mantel over the TV. We wanted a "built-in" look for the TV, so they created a surround for the TV to create that look. George put in a lot of time making sure that everything was exactly as we wanted it. This company and the people who work there are first class all the way!

They do trim work, cabinetry and furniture building. They are excellent. They do design work and help one fix trim. I've used them quite a few times before. They are considered to be the premier trim contractors out here in Cincinnati. They design kitchen cabinets, they've got some cabinets that they do trimming for and they do new construction, old construction and restoration. They also do full design work for the client and usually don't charge the client anything for the design work to a certain level. They do a great job. I've never had a problem with anything they've ever done. I spent $900. It was a very good price for what they did. They put in very heavy baseboard trim that included the cost of the trim. They did it in only a few hours. They were in and out. I like them a lot.
