I was very impressed with Icon's response time. They answered their phone at night and dispatched a crew to clean up and dry out my home after a pipe burst and flooded 2 floors. They helped me with my insurance claim and worked everything out with the adjuster.

Jacob Harville was the tech whom arrived swiftly and his job was a main sewer clean up and handled the s*** literally quickly and didn't leave behind any to clean up and no smell to deal with either he was also very customer friendly as it may probably be the worst job you could have in life besides a porta John pump guy he has still got a good attitude and I would hope to never recommend him or your company to anyone ever again but absolutely will if ever having to deal with that "s***" again thanks Jacob u are the man!!!

They were recommended by my insurance company. All they did was make a big mess. They didn't clean up after themselves. I thought they were very disrespectful of my property. The way that they coded what they did in my house is not what they actually did. They coded everything as if it were toxic waste, but it wasn't. It was just clear drainage water you could see that. The guy that was in charge I found him to not be very communicative. He was very stand offish. They came back and looked at something again and said they were going to do something, but they never did it. He came back with another supervisor and they looked in my utility room. They said, "Yeah we can fix that." But they never came back and I never heard anything back from them. When they got there they said they couldn't do any work unless I gave them my $1,000 deductible. That's not what my deductible was on my insurance. It took a really long time (a couple of months) to get that money back from them. They were very expensive. They left things a mess. It wasn't clean. It was supposed to be cleaned up. They weren't careful moving my furniture. They tore up some stuff they didn't need to tear up. They cut sheet rock. They generally just made a mess. I think what they were hoping was that we would get them to do the restoration part of it. Which was going to be another $8,000 for them to put it back the way it was originally. We didn't have them to do that because it was way overpriced. My husband didn't want them in the house ever again. He called up the insurance company and said they shouldn't recommend the company to anyone. He was very dissatisfied with the quality of work and pricing. They got there right away. They were there really fast.

The initial sewer back up occurred in May. They were prompt in getting to my home. However, I had to ask for an estimate on the cost of the job. I was upfront that I would be paying out of pocket because I had a high premium deductible, and I think it reasonable that the vendor give a reasonable cost estimate before the home owner assents to the service. The real problems began after the immediate clean up and disinfecting were done. Getting the dry wall install scheduled took over 6 weeks and multiple phone calls. Phone calls were not returned. The president of the company left a voice message for me to find out how satisfied I was with the work. I called him, told him of the delays in scheduling the work, and since I was talking to him in the evening after normal business hours, he said that he would find out what the problem was, and call me back. He did not call me back. I finally got on the schedule for 7/14, the estimator and the dry wall installer arrived at 9:45 am when I was told they would be at my home between 8-8:30 am. Granted, the scheduler said that traffic might be an issue, but, really? The dry wall installer had to go out and purchase supplies, and so he did not start the job until around noon. A little after 5 pm he came to tell me that he would be back the next day to finish up. When I scheduled the work for 7/14, the office scheduler did not say it was a 2-day job; I only scheduled 1-day off work. The installer said that dry wall normally took at least 2 days; not said on the phone by the scheduler or I would have scheduled 2-days off work. I called the scheduler at the office on 7/15 to get a time to finish the job. The receptionist took my information and said that someone would call me back. No one called me back to schedule the job. On July 21, I called the office at 12:40 pm to tell them that I had not heard from anyone to finish the dry wall job. I was transferred to David, I believe, who told me I was on the schedule for that day between 4-5 pm. I told David that no one had called me and that I was at my job. He said he assumed I had been called because "you are on the schedule board."

I was very pleased with Icon's service. The entire experience from scheduling with the office, to follow-up with the lab technician who called and explained the results was handled promptly and professionally. I was an out of state concerned parent, Icon eased my fears and provided clear evidence that my daughter's apartment needed further cleaning and air purification. The apartment complex complied and provided the services that Icon recommended.

Chris was prompt, friendly, and thorough. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend his company, to anyone who needs this service.

Clayton came out and took about 30 minutes to survey and test the two areas I believe we had mold. Sent away the samples and then emailed me with the quote to fix the mold. Very efficient and communication was great. Hiring them to get rid of the mold now.

I purchased a Big Deal offer through Angie's List for a residential mold testing service with Icon Environmental Services. Upon arrival the Technician (Clayton) decided that the tests were not appropriate for the problem we were having with a bad odor in the house. No tests were conducted but I have paid for the tests in advance. I would like to be reimbursed for the charges for services not received.

Provider responded in a timely manner. Professional reviewed our situation and recommended a different service which was no longer eligible for the coupon.

The service was very good. The technician was very informative.

Initially we had a few issues, but when I brought it to the owners attention, everything was taken care of and the service was excellent.

They were very professional and prompt. They responded right away.

Icon technicians arrived within an hour of placing the call. They explained their plan (after extensive evaluation using moisture detectors) - blowers in the basement to aid drying and two mats plus large dehumidifier in the kitchen. The blowers dried the basement in one day. The other systems were in the kitchen for three days. Floor came out looking as good as it did prior to the water damage. Technicians Will and Dan were great to work with. Other than the noise of the machines in the kitchen, I was 100 percent satisfied.

My plumber referred us to ICON, and they were very fast to arrive after the plumber had completed the repairs. An ICON representative immediately called us and told us a water mitigation expert was on the way. The representative also inquired about our homeowner's insurance and the deductible. The water mitigation expert gave us a detailed quote and came back the next day with his equipment. The worker took pictures of our furniture placement and stated ICON would help us move the furniture back after everything was completed. After the basement had been dried and the equipment was removed, we had to repeatedly call the company to finish the rebuild. Every time we called ICON we were told the person we needed to speak to was "in a meeting" and/or would call us back, which they never did. We were told we had to provide $1,000 down to complete the services but the check would not be cashed until we were billed. The check was cashed with no bill to us - in fact, we still owed $4 because the water mitigation expert had done our estimate incorrectly, which again was never explained to us. We repeatedly asked for the bill, which was provided to our insurance company but never to us, even after we had explained our insurance adjuster had already paid us for the damages to be fixed. When I was finally able, after a few weeks, to get in touch with ICON to schedule the rebuild they were prompt to complete the project but did not put the furniture back in its original position as was promised to us and charged us over $400 for carpet cleaning of one room. While the quality of the work completed by ICON was very good, their customer service left us frustrated, and we felt very much like we had been taken advantage of.

They were very professional and did the job for 2/3 the price of the nearest quote. Workers arrived on time and did the job right. They were able to salvage out kitchen base cabinets saving us $750. I can recommend them 100%

They were excellent, they were the best and they were a topnotch. They really did a great job. We were very satisfied with them. They cleaned up and everything was just amazing.

Icon is top notch. The level of service that Clayton provided to me was impeccable. The job that they were doing for me turned out to be bigger than anticipated. The workers were prompt each and every day, informative, courteous, and diligent in their work. I had quite a few questions throughout the process, and Clayton responded to all of my concerns in a very short amount of time. I cannot thank them enough for removing the mold that we had in our home and making the process on us as easy as possible. I would recommend Icon to anyone who is in need of home remediation.

It went really well, all concerns were addressed throughout the job and Jeremy and his team were really helpful. We were really happy with the price and the timeline for completion of the project. You can't beat the job they did for the price.

Overall the project went well. It did take an extra week but this was mainly do to the heat during the summer.
