Went very well, nice people and easy to work with! Cleaned up great, came out and inspected few days later! Used magnet to get the nails, only found 3 leftovers! Got done in 8 hours!

Job took a little longer than expected but quality and service was great! Frisby was easy to work with and helped me through the insurance claim process and met with the adjuster. Would recommend them and use them again.

Frisby did a great job with my roof. They got it done in a timely manner and have very affordable and competitive pricing. I was unable to go through my insurance company and had to pay out of pocket, but they made the process easy and comfortable. They kept me up to date on the timeline of the process and were very easy to communicate with. The roof looks great and add value to my home.

Overall, I found the Frisby Roofing office crew polite and accommodating. We have a complicated roof that would take a couple of days to get done. The weather did not cooperate in getting us a window of opportunity without rain. It easily took a 3 week period to get started. That was OK with me. The roofing crew was extremely hard working as it was 90+ degrees working a 12 hour day. They cleaned up well. My garden is a bit trampled but I knew that would happen. All in all, I was pleased. It has rained hard several times since the roof was replaced and everything seems fine. I would hire them again.

Frisby Roofing was very professional from the first phone call to the last. Everything was done exactly the way it was explained and the employees were courteous and respectful. We where very satisfied with our roof, siding and gutters! Over all it was a good experience. I would have liked a bit more communication from the office staff on scheduling and contractors.

I think they did a great job! They were informative with my questions and very respectful; however, there was some damage to my yard, flower beds and porch gutter. I had to fill a 20 yards trench with dirt and grass seed to repair the flowers beds.

Great job done. Frisby runs a very efficient process, important to the home owner. From the contact quote by Kevin to the final review by Lilly of final cost, they consistently communicated with me so I knew when to expect them and what was expected of me in preparation. Very affordable. No one can control the weather, but when there was a rain delay for my job (only one day)- they let me know and, honestly, they told me that it could be a factor from the very beginning of the process. I am pleased with the outcome and would recommend them to others.

Frisby was great to work with. My initial meeting was with Brit...she was great. She walked me through the entire process and then kept in contact as we progressed through the process. The folks at Frisby also kept in contact as the schedule changed due to delays (all weather related) but they still hit out target date for the install. They were very involved in the insurance process and provided all the documentation needed to support the claim. The work they did on the roof was excellent. In and out in one day. Clean up was very good...only found a few stray nails (5-10) afterwards. When you rip off and replace an entire roof, I think that is very reasonable. They also performed a post-install inspection where they walked with me to identify any potential issues (none found). We have had several heavy rains since the install with NO LEAKS! Great job!

From the very beginning of just getting a quote from Josh at Frisby's to the installation we have been very pleased with their service. Everyone we have spoke to at Frisby's has been very helpful, kind and treated us with respect. Excellent customer service. The whole process wouldn't have been so easily done if it wasn't for everyone at Frisby's.

The Job was done very fast and with high quality. Everything was cleaned up without a trace of them even being there. I received 5 different roofing quotes and they were by far the cheapest by almost $1000. Highly recommend

They doing great except waiting time is to long over three months , they didn't communicate each other , i signed gutter and leaf protraction, the first day they just did the gutter then gone. i call the customer service I told them i pay for all why they didn't do the leaf protraction ? they send them again after two days . which is good . the worst was they didn't tell you if they done ? the leave the garage door open . but they ask as to open because they want us electricity . so check out you door and make sure give them time .

The contractor still has not finished the installation. Inspection by certified roofing personnel has discovered the contractor installed the roof with incorrect sized nails causing roof pops and will lead to the damage of the shingles and tearing of shingles and possible future wind damage. In addition, the ridge vent was not properly installed. Contractor promises to install roof in accordance with manufacturer specifications, be timely in the install of the roof and warranty work. On my project they did not do anything they promised to do. They did not finish installation as was agreed to.

I am very pleased with my overall experience with Frisby Roofing. They continually updated me while I was waiting with an installation schedule and were willing to work with my concerns regarding weather. The crew that installed my roof were fast and efficient. Finished in 2 days. A Frisby rep did a final inspection and the roofing crew supervisor stopped by and discussed the job with me once completed. I couldn't have asked for a more smooth and better experience for a job that is intimidating to homeowners with minimal roofing knowledge. Everyone I dealt with from the office were courteous and understanding. The roof looks great and I am pleased with everything they did. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Frisby Roofing did a great job on my new roof with upgrades to newer systems. The workers came to work. They did the job cleaned up then went over the install to make sure they didn't miss anything. Looks great! Happy with everything. Weather was the only problem, can't roof in the rain.

I had Frisby do my roof - they finished in 1 day and the results are great. I am not a roofer obviously but it seems as though the processes and materials they use are top notch. Clean up was pretty good as well. Overall the roof looks great and the prices was great too. I would have them do another roof.

After all the rain delays, finally got the roof installed. Wife loves the color which was recommended by Frisby. Everything was wonderful from start to finish.

Frisby’s customer service and project management team did a great job of keeping us up to date and informed on the status of our complete roof replacement. The booking and ordering process was easy and convenient (all done online). The only negative during this process was the extensive backlog of their project. I was surprised to hear how many weeks (4weeks I think) I had to wait until the work began. Once construction day arrived they got it all done in one day and left everything nice and clean.

They were inexpensive and yet there work was topnotch. We had to have a lot of wood replaced and they had to redeck the whole roof and still got it done in one day. They were amazing.

The team at Frisby provides the customer with a high quality product at a very affordable price. I visited the showroom in the wintertime and picked out shingles. They informed me that they would install my roof in early spring. They emailed/texted me consistently to let me know that they were still on track to install my roof. The team installed my roof in one day! This included the house, front and back porch as well as the garage. They removed all old shingles and debris from my property. They did not damage my property or landscaping in any way. I came home to a brand new roof. They removed all unused/ extra roofing materials from my property and sent these items back to the manufacturer. I was not charged for materials that were not used. Since the installation, the company has called me several times to verify that I am satisfied with the roof. They sent an inspector to my home to ensure that the roof was installed correctly. I had a great experience!

Communication with office was good, periodically contacted us to let us know how soon they would be able to put on the roof. Work was done exactly as ordered. Conscientious workers, very little disruption to us and cleanup was excellent. Roof looks great.
