Great price. We liked the 50 year warranty on the shingles and the 5 year warranty on the labor. Excellent customer service. Great follow thorough. There were pictures taken before during and after. I just wanted to share my unsatisfactory experience with Frisby Construction. I have had a leak for the last 5 years or so and have had several companies and individuals attempt to fix it. This last spring I hired Frisby Construction because they said that the only way to fix my leak was to put on a new roof. When that didn't stop the leaking, they said that a new roof doesn't always solve the preexisting problem. They were unwilling to work with me to solve my problem and directed me to find someone else to fix it. ********************* One final thing, I am very tolerant and believe in second chances. This company cared not to repair or admit to error. When their 3-man crew showed-up the morning of the install and walked right past the roofing materials on their foreman had left on my patio a few days earlier to my greenhouse (which doesn't have shingles) I should have trusted my gut then and sent them on their way. I remember yelling out my office window, "Where are you going?" One guy responded, "We're here to fix the roof. We are getting the materials." I said to him he walked right by them. I told him they are on the patio. They were in plain site. His response was, "Oh." There is nothing "Christ-like" about this company that touts on being Christians. Frisby replaced my roof 6 years ago. I originally gave them a A review. However since then, i developed a leak in my ceiling and when I contacted Frisby about it, they want to charge me $150 just to come out and look at the leak. I've had other companies out to look at it and provide an estimate (which by the way, none have charged me anything to look at it), and all of them are telling me that the original roof done by Frisby six years ago, was not done correctly and that is why I have this leak now. I have referred several people over to Frisby over the years when asked who i recommended for a roof, but i won't be recommending them to anyone anymore.

From start to finish they were great to work with! Their customer service is top notch and they communicated everything very well. We are very pleased with our roof for our new house and will use them to replace the roof on our current house as well. I highly recommend Frisby!!!

The staff at Frisby were professional and easy to work with. The estimate process was very easy, and they were very helpful in walking us through all the decisions and steps of getting a new roof. Once the contract was signed, it did not take very long to schedule a date for the installation. We had to make a last-minute change to one of our requests, and they were able to accommodate us very easily. Most importantly, their price is hard to beat.

I just had my second roof replaced by Frisby (two different houses) and both times they did a great job. You can't possibly beat their price, and everything was handled very professionally.

We are very happy with the work that Frisby construction did on our home. We had some pretty bad hail damage to our siding and gutters. They helped us through the entire process, from the estimates, to meeting with the adjuster, to sitting down and explaining our options for items that were not being covered by the claim. We chose to get the better grade siding and the price they quoted, was the price we paid. We did run into some delays with scheduling and it ended up being 12 weeks before they were able to start the project vs the original 4 to 6 weeks. However, once they began, the teams worked hard to make sure our home was beautiful again! They also made sure to clean up each day before they left, so it didn’t look like we were living in a construction zone. Thank you, Frisby!

This is the 2nd time I have used Frisby. First time was on our 4-family. The 2nd was our actual home. They were great for both. We were aware of how long it would be before they could come out to work on it for both roofs. We were always in the know throughout the whole process, and you can't beat their price. The estimate I received through the Direct Mail ad was the same they honored almost 6 months after the mailing. When it came to do the roofs they knocked it out in 1 day. No better feeling than leaving work and coming back to a brand new roof. I would and do recommend Frisby to anyone looking for roof replacement.

The roof is beautiful and Frisby Roofing did a great job from beginning to finish! The process was quick and easy. Every step of the way each contact was great. And the roof was on in less than half a day, including clean up. A great experience.

We contracted with Frisby for our roof replacement. They were the most cost effective and easiest to obtain a quote. The crew sent to do the work was fantastic! They arrived early in the morning and did not so much as take a lunch break until the job was finished. Very hard working crew. Our roof looks great,no mistakes or follow ups to speak of. Clean up was excellent as well. Everyone at Frisby was polite to talk to. I would certainly recommend them based on my experience. The only negative aspect to the entire process was maintaining communication with the office. There were no surprises (other than plywood replacement on the roof), but it seemed at some times it was difficult to reach the same person each time I had a question, or to touch base on the project. However in my mind this does not affect my review of the work performed or overall satisfaction. Very happy.

Overall, a good experience, more positives than negatives, 4.5 stars out of 5. The electronic contract was emailed to me, signed by me, and emailed back to them all in one day. Very efficient process and the contract was easy to naviagate. Great process. They delivered the supplies on the day they said they would, where they said they would drop them, and the next day they installed the new roofing very efficiently in half a day, with a large crew. Communication was a little slow at times once they had my deposit, but was acceptable during their busy season. When I did speak to them they were helpful and answered all questions I had. Each employee I talked to seemed knowledgable. Be aware the final price I paid was $322.31 more than my quote ($125.00 “admin fee” is garbage, but it was plainly listed on the contract paperwork before I signed it, “applicable material sales tax” is garbage, “permit fee” is acceptable, credit card fee is acceptable). It’s been 6 days since the completion of my roof, and I still haven’t been given a final itemized bill of the charges, so I don’t know the exact breakdown of the additional $322.31. However, both times they withdrew money they called me first to verify the amounts and that they were ok to withdrawal it. Overall I am satisfied with the job they did.

Hello, when I got the filer in the mail with the estimate for my roof, I thought this is too good to be true, so I called, and set up an appointment, the place was clean, and professional, the people were nice, and knowledgeable, the job was done in a timely manner, it took one day, the roofers were professional, and efficient, they left my place very clean, very satisfied with the service I received, Thank you!

Frisby Construction sent me an estimate last year through the mail to replace my roof. I contacted them this year and set up everything over the phone and through email. The customer service and project management team kept me informed on the start date. There was an additional cost at the time of completion because there was a couple of layers of shingles that had to be removed. There were many delays on the start date of the job mainly due to rain. The price was so reasonable I couldn't have afforded to go anywhere else. The job was started on a Saturday morning and the crew was done by Saturday afternoon. The crew also did a great job with the clean-up. I completely satisfied with the work done by Frisby Roofing.

We live approximately an hour away from Frisby Construction, but heard they were a great company, so we gave them a call after our roof needed replaced due to storm damage. They came out and looked at the roof, contacted the insurance company and worked with them directly to resolve our claim. One of the ladies in the office worked closely with us, and not only could we call the office and/or email her, she gave us her cell phone # and I have to tell you, she answers seven days a week! In my opinion, it is never fun to work with contractors, but Frisby's does go the extra mile to make repairs timely and be certain you are a satisfied customer. If you are thinking about putting a roof on your house, I recommend that you at least give them a call and talk to these professionals. You won't be disappointed. On a side note, we had other damage to the house, and they even made these repairs, it isn't all about roofing. Excellent service. I want to say a big thank you, to the team at Frisby Construction!
