Frisby Construction

We received a quote from Frisby roofing for a new roof and thought it was too good to be true, but they stood by that price which was a really good price. They started the job faster than quoted time frame, were done in one day with tearing off old shingle, roof looks great, cleaned up yard and even walked around with magnet to get all the nails, and after several days of hard rain no leaks. They even came out following week to double check we were happy and had no problems. Were very happy with price and how hard crew worked while they were here.

Great price, quick install, great service.... very pleased all around! I'd buy from them again (except I bought 50 year shingles! lol)

Not good. Avoid. Have someone come to your home and provide a firm quote. Make sure they hire their own crews vs subbing to crews of Mexicans/Hispanic who look like the came from the streets and have a hard time communicating...especially if anything goes wrong. All that follow up "service coordinator" stuff they claim to have..... still waiting on call backs. Get what you pay for.

I was given the number to Frisby Construction from a contractor who was doing some work at our home. I called the office and was greeted by a friendly answering service and was immediately contacted by someone at the office. The office staff was very professional and friendly. They sent a representative out to our home and when he arrived he went around the entire house and then came in and discussed with us exactly what we would need, explained how the job would go and all the ends and outs of everything that would be done to ensure we received a good quality roof. After a few other companies gave us their bids we decided to go with Frisby Construction. We were NOT disappointed. Their crew arrived at exactly 8:00am sharp, covered our entire yard with cloth to ensure that all the tear off would not go into our yard and flowerbeds. Their crew was professional and hard working. They completed the job in one day working until the job was complete. When they left our home everything was cleaned up and no signs of any work performed other than our new beautiful roof. We enjoyed working with everyone at Frisby Construction especially Lizzy who was totally on her game. When we called her with any questions she answered them immediately and was ALWAYS available to talk to us. We love our new roof and we would recommend Frisby Construction to anyone who is looking for a roof. Quality roof, reasonable price and professional staff.

I had a new roof and gutters applied to my home and they were on time very professional and delight to do business with. In 2016, Frisby Roofing and Construction completed a new roof on my home. The team worked on the roof, and completed the replacement in 1 day. About 3 weeks later, a second crew replaced gutters and downspouts. After several months, I began hearing scratching noises in the crawl space. When I discovered the location of the problem, I took pictures with my iPhone to send, then called Frisby to find out why a squirrel, (etc.) was entering a new roof? The office sent over a specialist to evaluate, and a few weeks later, that small opening was repaired. -Great customer service was my experience from start to finish. -The price points on the work were great. -FYI : it is important to note, each job goes on a list which may take a few weeks. Overall... Yes, I am a happy customer!

Frisby was great the whole time we worked with them. They called every time they had an update. From the day we scheduled, they were there within 2 weeks and had the roof done in one day. They were very thorough with their clean up and did great and quick work.

Slow delivery of service caused damage to my home which they first denied, then 6 months later agreed to fix only if I signed a non disparaging agreement. I refused their offer as I feel the public needs to be aware of the pitfalls of dealing with Frisby. I will repair the damage they caused at my own expense. To protect yourself: 1. Have a lawyer review their contract. (it's highly one sided in their favor.) 2. Do not give them money upfront. (it will cost you 25% of the cost of the project if you decide to cancel.) 3. Do not purchase anything else besides the roof. (Other services are performed by unreliable crews.) 4. Make sure there is a firm completion date on the contract. 5. Take dated, detailed before pictures of your home, both inside and out. (They will deny liability for damage they cause if you don't.) 6. Pay with a major credit card. (The card company is very helpful if there is a problem, 7. Frisby gives you a Bible after signing. Hang on to that, because you're going to need it if there is a problem. Their customer service reps are bullies and no help at all. Finally, if you decide to use them after reading this; Good Luck! I will pray for you.

Frisby Construction was very professional and fair in their bidding of the job. The work commenced soon after the meeting and was extremely well executed and thorough. My roof has a difficult "dead valley" area that had previously trapped water; after the replacement by Frisby, even with torrential rain it is completely sealed and dry. I would recommend to anyone in the need for a roof replacement or contractor services.

Had a complete tearoff and new roof replacement, with ventilation upgrade. The entire process was stress free. The job was completed ahead of schedule, and the new roof looks great! The crew cleaned up wonderfully, barely leaving a trace of debris behind. The staff was friendly and very helpful with everything, from questions we had, to keeping us informed with a weekly status update. I would highly recommend to family, friends and co-workers.

I was skeptical of Frisby when I got their unsolicited mailing with a photo of my house and a binding estimate without even a site visit from them. I was ready for a new roof and the price seemed very reasonable so I met with Amanda at their office. I came armed with questions to verify that they were bidding a complete job and leaving nothing out. I even checked the internet for complaints. The only genuine complaints I read had more to do with sales techniques than roofing installation and, since I was only interested in my roof, I decided to give them a chance. Last week Frisby "attacked" my roof with about a dozen men and, in one day strippped the old roof, fixed deteriorated wood, installed flashings and drip edges and got most of the shingles back on. The came back early the next morning to finish the job. Now taking off a roof and re roofing is a messy job and has the potential to leave a circle of debris around the house. When Frisby left they did such a thorough clean up that it was nearly impossible to find any traces of the roofing debris anywhere. In summary, I was skeptical, did some investigation, asked some questions and was rewarded by a thorough job at a reasonable cost.

they make it so convenient to pick out your shingles and sign all your paper work. you can go into the office, sign electronically or they will send someone to your home. their price was three to four thousand below what other roofers charge. I thought it was too go to be true but I was pleasantly surprised. the office staff is very nice and very helpful. the roofers cleaned up so your property looked the same when they left as it did before they came. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a roofer.

They are fabulous! They are good at what they do, patient, and come when I call. They are always willing to help and are so kind. They cleaned up after themselves and ordered extra shingles so my husband could redo the garage. They are extremely decent people. There was a leak problem with one flat area on the tin part (NOT the part they worked on), but they corrected it immediately and did not charge.

Frisby was great to work with. They communicated with me throughout the process. They finished the tearoff and reroof in one day. The crew was efficient and kept the work sight clean. They cleaned up the jobsite well after the work was completed. The roof looks good and has already weathered snow, wind and buckets of rain without any problems.

Frisby Construction put a new roof on my house in the fall of 2016. They are a wonderful company to work with. They are up front about their pricing. They had a 4-6 week wait to get the roof put on. They called me each week leading up to when it was put on to touch base with me and asked each time if I had any questions. The crew that put the roof on was very respectful and got the work done in one day. They removed the old roof before putting the new one on. They cleaned up very well afterwards. I walked around my house after they left and found almost nothing left behind, including loose nails. I was really impressed with them. They also followed up a day or two later to ask about the quality of the work that was done. I would absolutely use this company again!

The roofing team showed up as scheduled around 7am and started prepping work area, covering bushes. They had 2 roof layers taken off and into the truck within 2 hours. Very little spilled over to the ground. The house roof was complete by noon with good attention to sealing around the chimney and along the edges. They did the garage in the afternoon and were cleaning up shingle debris. They even went around the house with a magnet to collect any roofing nails on the ground. When they left everything looked good clean and tidy. Six months later, there are no leaks or problems. Very professional job, would recommend to others.
