Joe K We were very pleased with Frisbee Construction during the entire process. They were prompt providing us an estimate for our roof which we accepted. This was after dealing with 4 other companies in an attempt to get an estimate and someone to look at our house. Frisbee's estimate was very competitive and we preferred working with a larger company. When we visited the showroom to select the color of the shingle the girls in the office were very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. The project was scheduled shortly after as promised and the group who came to work were hard workers. They worked non- stop (except for lunch) taking off two layers of shingles and adding the new layer until the job was completed (all in one day)! They had state of the art equipment and were neat and considerate of our lawn and property. We were totally impressed when they finished. We are extremely pleased with the results and working with the entire staff at Frisbee. We highly recommend hiring them.....you won't be disappointed!

Terrific experience all around! Just wrapped up 2nd rental property Roof installation. Same amazing crew, both were tough projects. They executed them perfectly. The office staff is amazing too. They take detailed notes during calls so whenever I called everyone was well informed. We were able to handle paperwork, shingle selection and contracts by email with electronic signatures, text updates for scheduling, pre and post inspections. Family operation, knowledgeable staff, fine tuned execution with very talented installation team complemented with effective use of technology. Highly, highly recommend!

The job contracted was expedited in a very timely manor. The job was a large roofing job at a 33 unit apartment building. Frisby Roofing had great customer service. Whenever I had a question they responded was a clear answer. The roof and gutters were done and a professional manner. When there was an issue with the roof I communicated with customer service and they transferred me to production support. they came back out immediately and fixed the problem. I am very satisfied with the work they've done.

I have used Frisby for 2 separate roof installs, and for both I had a fantastic experience. Frisby goes above and beyond in all aspects of what they do, and you can tell that they care about their customers and take pride in the work they do. It was very easy. They do most correspondence over the phone or through email. They actually came a day early. Started the roof and were done in less than 6 hours. Great efficient team of workers. I love my new roof. The soffits were done on a different day. It’s a little difficult to pick your vinyl but ultimately I did and I really like them. The quality of work was super. They clean up the mess before they leave. Great job. Great price.

Frisby did a great job on my new roof installation. I contacted them and filled out the contract online, then a few days later had a phone conference to go over the contract and ask questions. We were put on their schedule and informed it would be about four weeks, which was fine. I regularly received e-mail updates as to our start date. Within 2 weeks I received a call that the materials would be delivered the following Tuesday and the work would start on Wednesday [weather permitting]. The crew arrived at 7:00 am, unloaded their tools and went straight to work. The work included removing an old unused fireplace insert stack and 2 wind turbine vents before the new shingles were installed. The holes were boarded up so the roof had a solid surface. They completed the installation in one day, and other than a few minor details which are being resolved, they did a great job. They cleaned up my yard of debris and nails before leaving. The ladies in the office were a pleasure to work with, the pre-work inspectors were very knowledgeable, the crew was professional and hard-working, and the post-work inspector was very receptive to my observations and questions. All in all, I would highly recommend Frisby for any roofing work you may need !

We received a detailed photographic estimate by mail that offered an excellent price. Being in the market for a new roof, we felt that we simply couldn't pass it up! All of our interactions with the employees at Frisby Roofing were positive and friendly. They kept in constant contact with us. We were able to do everything remotely (due to Covid-19) via phone and email, and were never left feeling unsure of our decision or insecure with the company. Everything was completely laid out for us-the company was very transparent in their business practices. The roofers who came to our home to complete the job were friendly and polite, and very respectful of our property. They were incredibly hard workers who left almost no trace that they'd ever been here, with the exception of the beautiful new roof, of course! We would happily recommend Frisby Roofing to our friends and neighbors!

The installation crew showed up on schedule and did an outstanding job installing my new roof. They throughly cleaned up the area when done. I chose Frisby Roofing to replace my roof because I liked the business model they use. You go to their office to get your quote where you can see and feel the various products they use which is helpful in making a choice. They use the same quality materials as the other four roofing companies I received quotes from at a more affordable price. One of the salesman that gave me a quote from another roofing company asked me what I expected to pay, I told him, he then proceeded to laugh at me as his quote was much higher. Well, Frisby came the closest to my expected price and provided excellent service and quality workmanship as well. I would recommend Frisby for your roofing needs. If I ever need any other service they provide I will certainly see them first.

I would work on communication after the roof installment, (was to supposed to show up on a scheduled date to fix a couple things) but all and all you guys were great! The price was great, everyone through this process was super polite and professional. All of my questions were answered before the job started. Working with Frisby was a great experience! They had our roof finished in 1 day! All members of the team were kind, courteous, and ready to answer any questions. They were also very accommodating to a car in my driveway that was unable to be moved and were careful about preventing shingles getting on the car! I work for a company called RDI here in Milford. We are all like family and they have a program called Dream Well where they help out their employees. I needed a new roof and I was surprised to learn I was going to get one. I have to admit I was a skeptic in the beginning with this company called Frisby Roofing from reviews and different things that I have heard. They are Under New Management a nice gentleman who's name is James who kept us posted. They also have a new crew so when Eric Sherman said let's give them a chance I said okay. I'm so glad I did because they did a awesome job on my roof it was in really bad shape and if I would have left it go I probably wouldn't be here living in this home. Our roof was done fast - so far no leaks or problems. We had a little extra carpentry done on our soffit - and they did a wonderful job there also.

Frisby worked with us every step of the way. They were able to get our roof covered by insurance when other companies would not even take the time to contact our insurance company. Every member of the team was polite, professional, and helpful. Our roof looks great and was finished very quickly.
