On March 1st. of this year a tornado passed directly over our home. Fortunately, we were vacationing at the time. A neighbor called me and advised that we had several uprooted trees and damage to our roof. I called a local roofer and he patched over the many missing shingles. It took about a week for my insurance company to inspect and approve a new roof. I had a copy of an areal quote from Frisby, so I called them. They were most helpful sending a representative to meet with my insurance adjuster. A couple of weeks later Frisby's crew arrived on a Thursday at 7:00 AM and left that night at 8:30PM. By Friday evening at 8:00PM they had completed my new roof, re-installed my gutter guards, and cleaned up all debris (including roofing nails) Keep in mind that I have a large (66sq.) steep roof. The six men that did the job were the hardest working people I had ever seen, as well as being thoughtful, thorough, and courteous. Except for my great looking new roof, no one would ever know they had even been here!! I would recommend Frisby to anyone!

I originally started out just asking for a quote from Frisby for some storm damage to my roof. Before I knew it the roof was quoted, insurance paid and I got a beautiful new roof in no time...From what I remember I had 2200 square ft worth of roofing to be replaced and the job was completed between 6am and 4pm in 1 day. The speed and seemlessness at which Frisby took care of all the insurance paperwork as well as install is absolutely amazing! I will use them anytime I need similar construction work no questions asked!

We recently had our roof replaced by Frisby Construction, so I wanted to share our experience. First - The way that Frisby is able to quote the job is GENIUS. Talk about convenience. We had our quote within minutes of our first conversation. They were able to dynamically change the quote, based on my requests for additional/change of items from the original quote. Contract was signed within hours. Second - The timeline to get the job started was incredibly fast. The only thing that delayed the project was the weather (we had a few days of rain come up). As soon as the weather cleared, the team was there to start work. Third – Communication – WOW. I understood exactly what was happening at all times. We have a unique section of our roof, that I was very worried about. Frisby was easy to talk to and ensure that the team at the house knew exactly what the worry was. I was consistently updated throughout the project, from the changes in the weather, delivery of material, and job completion. Fourth – Quality. So far so good. We have had a few stores since the roof went up, and so far everything is holding up. The look of the roof is perfect. Overall – I would highly recommend working with Frisby. The entire process was smooth, great price, and easy to do business with.

The experience from start to finish was great! The office was very good contacting me about the schedule for the job. It was pushed back a few times, but only because of rain. The crew showed up on a Sunday (which we were fine with) to get the job done since it had been delayed. They worked hard all day and knocked it out. They did a good job cleaning up. And the office was prompt to follow up the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the work completed. Thanks!

I received a flyer back in December with looked to be a great deal on a roof for my home. I wasn't ready to do it quite yet, but contacted them in April. They were willing to honor the pricing still. I decided to get a few other quotes to see what other companies would charge for the same thing. I got two other quotes from reputable companies in town that were almost double the price. Well, I have always said you get what you pay for, so I did my homework on Frisby Construction to make sure other buyers were happy and had no issues. Almost all of the feedback I read was positive, and when it wasn't there was a reply from the owner of Frisby with his side of the story, and was always a professional response. That showed me this company really cared about the quality of their work. I also discovered they are a company with Christian leadership and values, which also put me at ease. I made the purchase at that point by stopping into their office / showroom and signing a contract. The employees were very professional and knowledgable. I was called the next day with acknowledgement of my purchase and with an explanation of what to expect and the time frames. Again, very professional. I was also kept informed at least once a week with a phone call of status and expected date for them to do the work. The roof was installed 2 weeks ago, and everything went as they said. There crew was friendly, and did the job in about 9 hours. They cleaned up the nails and debris around the house as expected, prior to leaving. I did have one concern that I called the supervisor about before the crew was done, and it was immediately addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. There were no add-on costs or additional charges to do the work, so no "bait & switch" to get more money out of me. I highly recommend Frisby Roofing and Construction, and have already referred several friends and neighbors. Great job!

We received a flyer with a quote for a new roof. It was several months before we decided to replace the roof. We made an appointment to visit their showroom and discuss the project. They honored the price that was several months old, and there were no "extras" except to new ridge vents which we asked for. The work was scheduled within three week, but was d payed a few days because of weather. On the appointed day, the crew showed up at 7:00 am and started work. They had to strip off two layers of existing shingles which was completed by mid morning. They began installing new roofing, flashing, and ridge vents. The place looked like a disaster area for a while until they were able to load up and haul away the old shingles, but there was no damage to the landscaping. The installation crew worked until about 8:30 pm that evening to finish the installation. By the time they left everything was cleaned up and back to normal. A couple of guys showed up for a short time the next day to finish up a couple of small items. The old roof was removed and the new one installed in a single, long day. No high pressure sales pitches, no extras, good communication, and what appears to be good quality work. Based on their performance I would readily recommend this company.

We did many estimates (and even over a span of a year) to find the best price for a total roof replacement. Frisby contacted us via their mailer and gave us the best price for $1k less than the nearest competitor. We sat down to schedule the replacement and they worked with us on extra pricing (I was nervous about the amount of plywood I would need to get). After scheduling they gave us a contact number that we could freely call and bother about the timing of our roof. They kept us informed every step of the way. I was frustrated the morning of the roof install, they told us to expect them early as we were the first on the list. I got nervous and called them at 830am when they hadn't arrived and they confirmed they should be there any minute. After 930am and still no workers, I called again and they told me they would be there within 30 minutes, after 45 minutes at 1015am work finally started on my roof. The roof went up fast and the yard was cleaned up neatly before they left. The next day frisby called to make sure I was satisfied with the job and took the final payment. They were very easy to work with, and very friendly.

Things went as smooth as you could ask for - roof was installed within 2 weeks (a couple day delay due to weather but that is to be expected and still quite quick as many roofs in the area were damaged in a previous storm and need repairs etc.) I could not ask for a better experience with a roofing company (as it can be scary) but they walked us through each step and let us know exactly what and how much we were paying for!

Frisby replaced the roof on our home. The complete process from initial quote, installation, and cleanup was very professional. After receiving a quote, I visited their showroom and met with a representative who answered all of my questions quite adequately. They kept us informed as the job progressed thru weather delays, delivery of shingles and supplies, and actual installation. Our home took two full days to complete with the crew starting at 7:00AM and working till approximately 8:30PM both days. The workers were very courteous. At completion of the project they cleaned up completely and it was hard to tell they had been there. Overall I am quite satisfied with Frisby and their work and would highly recommend them.

Frisby Construction recently put a new roof and new gutters on our home. Their payment and financing options were amazing. They were ahead of schedule with installations, and the quality of the finished product was amazing. I will use Frisby again for any of my home repair needs. Best Service in Town.

I am very happy with the new look of my home! Frisby sent me a nice quote in the mail and I decided to check them out! The price was good for me and I know the roof was needing replacement. I thought the roof only had one layer of shingles, but it had two and the extra cost was within reason. The Foreman overlooked that an old boot/pipe was to be removed and he indicated he would be back the following day to take care of his error. It took him a good week, even though we had a few good weather days. But, he admitted his oversite and very cordial. Everyone has been very kind, supportive, and helpful! Thank you Frisby for my new roof! Several neighbors have provided positive feedback too!!!

The Frisby Roofing company was totally organized in every aspect of the job and our roof looks great! I was able to do everything online or via text, from scheduling to picking out the roof color, which is a plus for me since I work full time. The workers were very professional and courteous and our landscaping did not suffer any damage. In addition, they cleaned up the yard so well you couldn't even tell they had been there. I was always notified of any changes to the scheduling of the job....because you can't put on a roof when it's storming. The job quoted is what I was charged. There were no add-ons because our roof didn't need them. I plan on using them for other construction type work in the near future

Everything went great. I needed it done quickly and they accommodated my schedule. The people were all very professional and friendly and helpful.

Frisby Construction and Roofing dealt with some major weather challenges and did a fantastic job. I have a moderate amount of landscaping around my home, but nothing was damaged. They did a great job cleaning up not only my property, but my neighbors' property as well. The team they sent was courteous and respectful. I recommend their services.

Excellent work and customer service

I received a brochure with a quote (unsolicited) in the mail. I was very skeptical and had never heard of this company. Then I went and sat down with them. They were very helpful in assisting me in getting exactly what we wanted. Communication is a huge thing with me and they did not disappoint. We were given the option of email, text, or phone call. They kept us up to date and installed the roof much sooner than we expected. A few things to know: They do require half down upon agreement and the other half as soon as the job is done so be prepared. The workers covered all shrubs and even our grill. They worked sun-up to sundown. Cleanup was very thorough. They have a magnetic roller to get stray nails that may have been initially overlooked. Bottom line is this place gets it. Customer service, great options, and great communication! We saved nearly $3,500 compared to a neighbors house with similar dimensions. Thankful for the opportunity to work with them. I look forward to seeing what they can do with our gutters next. Give this business an opportunity! If you're not from around Milford you may not know them but you should.

Our experience with Frisby Roofing has been the best we have ever had with any contractor. It began with Frisby’s creative mailer approach to their “Tear Off and Replacement” process for replacing the shingles on our home. It continued in office with our in-office consultation with Amanda, no pressure or hidden costs, just the presentation of a quality product. Their production team was exceptional from communicating, pre and post inspection and especially the crew completing the actual replacement. The finished roof looks better than our original when we built, plus their cleanup was the best of any service provider we have had work on our home.
