I was updated every week until construction started. They started on time everything was delivered that was needed on time. Efficient workers. Covered up plants. Flashing done well around chimneys. Excellent clean up. Inspector came then next day to inspect the new roof and made sure we were completely satisfied.

I had them do new siding on my out building as well as concrete work. There was a issue with the concrete work and the owners Dave and Josh Frisby wound up taking over with the issues and made sure that when everything was said and donethat we were completely satisfied. Josh especially took the time and initiative to keep in constant contact and I was very impressed with what a stand up company they turned out to be. Also after the work was completed the called me several times after to make sure I was satisfied. I've also had them come back after to do some small roof repairs and the forman Tyler did the repairs himself and also kept in contact with me. He did a great job of repairing and matching my shingles. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Frisby and would highly recommend their services. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process of replacing my roof and were always in constant communication updating us as our installation got closer. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone in the organization throughout the process. Their crew that replaced our roof was fantastic as well. They placed tarps around the perimeter of our home to catch debris and cleaned up very well. With three small kids my wife and I walked our yard upon completion looking for any nails or other harmful debris that may have been left behind and could not find anything. My wife and I initially met with Frisby at their impressive showroom where they covered shingle options, pricing as well as any additional costs that might come up once they removed our old shingles so there were no surprises. My wife and I couldn’t decide which shingles we wanted on our home so Frisby was able to provide references for us and addresses of their past jobs with different shingle options so we could drive by and see them in person. Again, we are extremely pleased with the services provided by Frisby and have no issues recommending them to family, friends and anyone in need of their services.

We received a flyer from Frisby, with a quote for a roof on our specific house. We met with them at their location a few weeks later. The guys and gals were extremely helpful in walking us through every step and decision for the new roof. It took about an hour. I knew that estimate on the flyer would not be the final price. After selecting a higher quality shingle, the price was quite a bit higher, but still less than what I was quoted from multiple other companies for the same shingles. Additional dollars were added in for ridge venting, for which I complained. We were able to quickly come to a compromise on the additional cost. They also have a five year labor warranty on CertainTeed roofs plus 12 months same as cash on half the balance. Overall, the estimate was head and shoulders above their competitors. Their schedule is based on the weather of course and I was told that I was four weeks out. Almost to the minute, I received a call each Monday with an update. Once I was within one week, the actually date for the install was set. Of course, I was going to be out of town, that week, but I did not want to delay as my wife was home. I did not get to meet the crew, see the drop of the material, see if they covered the landscaping, etc. However, when I came home, other than the new roof, I could not tell they had been there. The post job inspection process left a little to be desired and I have communicated that to Frisby. Overall, the roof looks great and I could not ask for more from a professionalism and communication perspective from Frisby.

I have gotten a lot of positive feedback from my neighbors. From the beginning everyone I worked with from Frisby couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. I requested several changes to the contract prior to the job being started and that didn't present any problems at all. The six man crew was very courteous, professional and answered all my questions and concerns during installation. I received a total of 3 quotes for this roof and the nearest was $2000 more than Frisby. After the roof was installed, two inspectors from Frisby stopped by on separate occasions to look at the roof and made sure I had no concerns. I highly recommend Frisby for any roofing job you may require.

Frisby did my roof and it was great! Tear off and replace all in 1 day, and on a Saturday! Crew was nice and cleaned up very well afterwards. Price was great and quality even better. Couldn't be happier. Just saw a Frisby sign in the neighbor's yard down the street, guess they liked what they saw! If that's not a endorsement, I don't know what is!

We recently had our roof and gutters done by Frisby Roofing and it looks amazing. The team at Frisby has been so helpful from the time we picked out colors for the roof and gutters (they made great recommendation which made it easy) to after the job was done. Even after the process was complete we were contacted to make sure we were satisfied. Everything was cleaned up after they were finished so you would have never known they were even there except for the evidence of the awesome new roof and gutters. I would HIGHLY recommend Frisby Roofing to anyone with roofing needs.

We recently had Frisby Roofing & Construction replace our roof (July 2017) and we are very happy with the work they did. The price was very fair and Frisby never once tried to sell us anything we didn’t want. They were also able to use aerial pictures of our home, using google earth to show different roof colors that we were interested in, which was very helpful in our choosing the shingles we wanted. Everyone we dealt with at Frisby, from their office staff to their roof installers were very friendly and knowledgeable. From the time we signed the contract, to the day of completion, they kept us up to date on all aspects of the job. We were updated weekly with the scheduled start date, delivery of materials and any weather issues that may potential cause a delay. The complete shingle tear-off and re-install was completed in just 1 day and we couldn’t have been happier. Overall - My wife and I would highly recommend Frisby Roofing to anyone. The entire process was smooth and they were very easy to do business with.

I couldn't be happier with my roof. I spoke to a lot of people at Frisby during the process and everyone was very nice and easy to work with. They were here in the time they promised. The crew was so organized and efficient, it was amazing watching them work together so well . The clean up was thorough, even going through the yard with a large magnet to pick up any lose nails. I know this was a small job (large shed) but when I need a new roof for my home I'll be calling Frisby Construction.

Work didn't start within the promised time frame, but extenuating circumstances, like a very rainy spring, prevented work crews from staying on schedule. Once work started, the crew members were efficient, friendly and took pride in workmanship. They were also receptive to my comments and questions about the work being done. Now that the work is done, the entire house looks like it should.

I received the flyer from Frisby with a quote for a new roof. I knew I needed a new roof so it was in the budget. What I loved from the very beginning was no sales pressure at all. If I was interested in the quote I could call them. But no sales people were going to be knocking at my door or calling me on the phone. The estimate seemed very reasonable to me so I went out to the showroom to see what they had and very quickly picked out a favorite shingle. The people I have met with and have since communicated with via texting and emailing (my choice) have been so incredibly kind and easy to work with. The day of installation went smoothly. Cleanup was excellent.....nothing left behind. A pre-inspection of the roof was done and a post-inspection of the roof was done afterwards to be sure all was in order. The roof is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company. I trusted them from the very beginning and was never disappointed throughout the entire process.

While waiting out the time to have the roof installed was long and there were some hiccups due to weather, they did the best they could last minute to work with our timeframe and got the job done. And their crew did a fantastic job. We have zero complaints.

I received a flyer from Frisby Roofing and I have to admit to being a little skeptical, but, all was exactly as discussed. The tear off and re-roof was done in a day, everything cleaned up. Everyone I dealt with was really helpful and nice. I would highly recommend them.

Good local company! They replaced my roof and gutters, everything looks good and I hope I will not have to use their warranty in future! Impressive how they protected landscaping, completely covered area with heavy tarp along the walls during old roof removal and cleaned everything well after completing a project. They consider competing bids and ready to award you free upgrades to beat competition. I had minor miscommunications with sales team prior start and everything was settled with the company owner in 10 minutes to my full satisfaction. The owner is very reasonable and pleasant to deal with person.

We received the a flyer from Frisby in February with an estimate for replacing our roof. The office staff was very nice and helpful! I was shocked and very grateful that they honored the estimate offer even though we did not call until May. We had a new roof in ~4-6 weeks (due to weather) and it is wonderful! The crew that came out was very nice, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. So happy that Frisby contacted us!

Very happy with the professionalism of the Frisby Construction Company. Not just the Sales Rep (Brian) but also the office staff that kept us up to date on our roof. The install crew that came to the house was excellent. Even though there was a minor language barrier the crew leader updated us on anything and asked what we desired about certain situations. They arrive early and got the job done in what I felt was record time, Great company to work with and will do business with them again if needed.

Frisby Construction staff was extremely helpful in dealing with my insurance company and provided the necessary information to file my claim. Though my insurance company is rather difficult to deal with, Frisby continued to provide assistance throughout the process. The work was completed in a timely manner, without disruption to my yard, and cleanup was beyond expectations. I still haven't found a stray roofing nail. By the way, did I mention a great price? I definitely recommend them.

Received a quote via a flier which was priced reasonably. Great folks with excellent customer service; they took the time to consider the different approaches to get the work done and did accommodate my schedule. They came to fix the roof (quickly) which had a couple of small leaks while we were preparing for the complete replacement of my old roof. Highly recommended if you want to get your roof done/redone with a good price and a good service.

We found out we needed to replace the roof on our home that we were in the middle of remodeling. Luckily we had received their ad in the mail, and we called them first. Nobody could beat their price! We were able to schedule our initial appointment with them within a week based around our busy schedule, and our appointment was fast and easy. They weren't pushy at all, and explained everything to us. We've had to work with a lot of contractors on this home, and they were by far the best! They kept us updated on the progress of scheduling our install date, and they didn't bombard us with ridiculous amounts of phone calls. This was the first time we've ever had to buy a roof, and they made the entire process so incredibly easy. I would recommend them to every single person, time and time again.

They replaced the roof over our accounting department and because we too are a business and have employees working under that roof, we had a tight window to get the job done in. We received a flyer from Frisby with a quote for a roof on our house. We called and four weeks later we have a beautiful new roof at an amazing price - exactly the same as that in the original quote. The tear off and new roof installation was completed in one day, and we have not found a single nail or piece of scrap material left behind. Great communication during the entire process. Very professional organization!

The on-site contractor listened to my concerns and the information I had regarding the issue with my roof and kept me informed of what issue he found and what he did to repair them. He was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Frisby Construction for your roofing needs. And I will be giving them a try on other home improvement projects.

Frisby has a unique sales approach which might now be for everybody, but it worked for me. They sent me an aerial photo of my house from which they had written a quote, and it was quite a bit less than I'd estimated even with Angie's list specials. I don't often respond to mailers but I did some research, paid them a visit, and decided to go ahead. The material drop-off, the dumpster drop-off and the work crew were very efficient, and were gone before we knew it. When we had a rain delay over a weekend the dumpster was gone before we knew it. The office didn't seem to keep tabs on these events, but were responsive and quick to catch up. All in all, the work was done quickly for a good price, and they cleaned up very well. They replaced gutter covers that came off and removed/replaced solar lights along the walk. They did replace some plywood without telling me, and I had to call to get an updated invoice, but it wasn't a problem and I believe it was needed. If you're like me you don't relish the idea of calling and scheduling multiple quotes and negotiations. If you do get a Frisby mailer, you might want to get another estimate, or read an Angie's list offer carefully for comparison. I think Frisby's price advantage is low overhead and volume. Quality appears very good although I don't have experience to compare to.
