When I contacted Frisby about a new roof that I needed for my patio enclosure they had someone to come and meet with me and gave me a quote for the work to be performed. They gave me weekly updates as to when the job would be started weather permitting. Everything was on schedule as stated. It took one day and after completion, they cleaned area. I am happy with the outcome of my new patio roof and everything looks good! I would use Frisby again and recommend them to others as well!

Frisby construction did an amazing job on our new roof. The workers did our roof in one day and only took a few hours leaving no mess for us to clean up. The company offers financing which was very helpful for us! The staff at the office were all so much and flexible with our schedules. Also they have their office set up so you can actually see what you are buying! We strongly recommend frisby and plan on using them for more things in the future.

This is a class "A" act. Frisby keeps you informed all the way through the project with phone calls and updates. Everything they say they will do they follow through with. The work was done in a timely and professional manner and when I called about a concern that I had they were quickly responsive and solved the problem. I would definitely use them again.

EVERY QUESTION WAS TREATED AND ANSWERED WITH HONESTY AND ACCURACY. AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT WE WERE KEPT APPRISED OF THE TIMELINES AND THE JOB STARTED AND FINISHED ON TIME. AFTER MAJOR COMPLETITION WE WERE VISITED BY A POST INSPECTOR ASSOCIATE WHO ASKED ABOUT ANY CONCERNS AND AFTER INSPECTION SET A TIMELINE FOR COMPLETION OFF SOME SMALL ITEMS. Great communication from the time the contract was signed.I was informed every week where I was on the list for my install. Everything around my house was completely covered with tarps before the project was started. The installers did a great job and were done in about 7 hours from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they cleaned up My roof looks absolutely fantastic now. I am so happy that they recommended the dimensional shingles. I would definitely recommend this company and in fact I already have to several people.

We received a quote in the mail from Frisby Construction for a new roof. I was surprised not only by the price but by the fact that they could provide an estimate without ever visiting my house. Since the price seemed unrealistic, I set the quote aside and obtained estimates from three other roofing companies. When even the lowest bid was about $3000 higher than Frisby, I decided I had nothing to lose by getting more information. The phone number listed on the flyer provided an informative recording that addressed a lot of my concerns. I learned that Frisby is a family-oriented company committed to maintaining their A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and the flyer that I received was an illustration of the aerial imaging technology that they use to accurately measure the roof and estimate the cost of its replacement without employing a sales force to visit potential customers. This is the primary reason that their cost can be lower than their competitors. The representative that I spoke with after listening to the recording did a good job of answering my questions and we scheduled a visit to the showroom to complete the paperwork. Additional work and upgrades that we wanted increased the original price but still kept it below the lowest of our other three estimates. The installation crew arrived at dawn and completed all work except for a small section over the patio in one long (14-hour) day. We also had the gutters and downspouts replaced a few weeks later and the house looks great. I would definitely use Frisby again and would recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement!

Crews did a great job overall. Plants, fence, air conditioner, etc. all protected properly during the "dirty" work. Everyone seemed to work together efficiently, and the roofing crew worked late the second day, leaving just a little follow up work to be done the next morning. The crews did an excellent job on clean up. Can't say enough good things about Frisby and their work.

We recently had a new roof installed by Frisby Construction. We are very pleased with our new roof. Our initial appointment was a breeze; everything was explained at our appointment & again a few days prior to installation. We paid half down and were able to finance the balance, which was a financial relief. Installation took place 4-6 weeks after our initial appointment & signing papers, which was what we were told. Roofing Materials were delivered one day and installation took place the next day. We did not have to be home so no missing work. When we got home from work that evening, the roof had been installed & look really good. We surveyed out yard & patio area for nails & debris. We did find a few nails and pieces of debris but it was minimal. If you are looking to replace our roof, I would recommend meeting with Frisby Contruction to get an estimate & review their options. Our home was due for a new roof & we’re pleased we chose Frisby Construction.

I had Frisby do my roof. They were very affordable, which gave me concern about the workmanship I would get. they arrived around two p.m., as I was going to work, which had me even more concerned because it was going to rain that night and I worried about coming home to a wet indoors. I was wrong. Came home and it was finished. didn't get a good look until the morning, and I was amazed at how good it looked. I could not even tell they had been there except for a few stray nails around the house ( I was told beforehand that may happen ), they had cleaned up and finished before nightfall. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and already have to a few friends at work. Will have them coming back to do my garage when its ready. Thanks Frisby.

We received a flier in the mail which usually ends up in the trash. But since we were in the market for a new roof I decided to take a look. It was very professional and had a google map picture of our actual roof with a price. The price was a lot lower than we were expecting to pay. I contacted them the next day and they were prompt to respond. We set up a meeting and went to see their facility in Milford. The meeting was very professional and straight forward. No gimmicks. We moved forward with buying a new roof. Everything that was promised and delivered. We are very happy with our new roof, so far, and would recommend Frisby to anyone looking for a new roof.

I had received a flyer from Frisby with an estimated price of a new roof. I had been thinking about a new roof since mine was older and I did not like the color. After receiving a few quotes from other roofing companies at 2 to 3 times the cost. I went with Frisby. I was very impressed with their showroom. Everybody was easy to deal with and very professional. I was kept informed of my roofing date once it was scheduled. There were a couple of weather delays. I would rather a delay than to have my roof off when it rained. The crew arrived early in the morning. All the workers were very professional and explained what would take place. I had left for breakfast and the roofers had a question. I was called immediately, and texted pictures for my decision. Very impressive, a company that cares about its customers and diverts an issue before it becomes one. I am very impressed with Frisby as a company and would recommend them to anyone. My roof was completed and the mess was cleaned up. The only way I knew I had a new roof was to look up. I love looking at my new roof!

I was pleasantly surprised with Frisby's price. They where very professional from the beginning to the end, they seemed very concerned about a quality job and customer satisfaction. All of my job requirements where surprisingly standard procedures for Frisby in the job quote. And I am a retired contractor who knows the construction business quite well. I received a flyer from Frisby. At first I was skeptical but I made an appointment to learn more. I ended up getting my roof (including a flat part of the house with rubber roofing) and gutters. I set up a payment plan of 12 months that made it easy to pay (instead of paying up front). They called me each week to let me know where I stood on the production line (how far out until the installation). Once they installed the roof they came back out a couple weeks after to install the gutters. They cleaned up everything and it looks great. My house looks much better and I am very satisfied!

We received a flyer from Frisby Roofing in the mail with a quote for a new roof. I almost threw the flyer away as junk mail but after looking over the material and seeing the quote for a roof I closely read the information. We had received several roof quotes from other companies in the last year and the Frisby quote seemed to be a "too good to be true" amount. We did some research and investigating of the company and everything we found in our investigation confirmed they were a company who stood behind their product and were a company of their word. After a trip to the showroom and meeting with their knowledgeable sales people we were ready to sign up. We were regularly kept informed of the scheduling and installation of our roof. The crew who installed our roof were respectful of our home and were a really hard working crew. They did a great job. We were not only impressed with the roof installation but after they installed the roof, they did a great job of cleaning up. When they left you would not have known we had just had a new roof installed. I would highly recommend Frisby.

We had our roof and gutters done by Frisby Construction. Very satisfied with all that was done. They kept us updated on the timeline. They said 6 weeks out but called on the 4th week and they had it done in a day. Same with gutters said they were a couple weeks but had done the following week. That was also done in a day. They sent a full crew on the roof to get it done in a day. We would recommend them to family and friends. Can't forgot to mention how nice and helpful all the ladies in the office were also. After all was done management came out to inspect.
