Frisby roofing sent me a flier a couple of years ago that I thought was interesting as there was a picture of my roof with a detailed estimate for a complete roof. So I but it aside and forgot about it. In Feb. I developed a leak and found I indeed needed some repairs and a complete new roof. I was surprised that they honored the price quote they had sent TWO yrs ago with only minor additions for the damaged area that was leaking. They did an excellent job on the roof installation and protected my home, yard, and landscaping. I would highly recommend using Frisby for your roofing needs Mike Steiner

i received a flyer in the mail from Frisby roofing at my current address for another address i own. i was getting bids from other co.s and Frisby under bid them considerably. the crew showed up early and did a outstanding job.i stopped by after work and you never knew they were there.very nice job! i will use them again in the future

I highly recommend using Frisby Construction. The office person I worked with was Kim and she kept me informed every step of the way. Working around the weather this March and April caused some delays but I was fine with it. I knew ahead of time that there would be additional expense if they had to replace any boards. They delivered the materials the evening before and completed the work the next day. They cleaned up well and put all of the leftover materials in a pile on the side of my house out of the way. Since I wasn't home when they installed the roof, I wasn't sure why they were there. I called and the person who answered the phone explained that when someone came to check out to check the work done, that they would haul the extra materials away. I used them because they sent me a flyer with a photo of my house and the estimate of what it would cost on the flyer. It was more expensive than the estimate but I added a new roof on my shed and a couple other items. I'm very pleased. My experience was very different from the reviewers who had negative reviews. As stated, I knew everything in advance and was informed each step of the way. I also knew that once installed they would take the money from my checking account. While not comfortable with giving anyone my checking information, it was thoroughly explained to me and I did receive a call about it the next day. Perhaps they read the negative reviews and made changes based on them. The only con I have is that I had to drive an hour to go in and meet with someone to go over everything in person.

Frisby Construction did an excellent job! Pricing and quality was exceptional! The office personnel were very helpful and professional. They kept us abreast of the schedule and were patient as we selected the roof color. The roofing crew was extremely hardworking and neat. They protected all landscaping and the perimeter of house with tarps. They did a complete tear-off of two layers and re-shingled in one very long day. Everything was left so clean that there was no indication they had even been there except for the beautiful new roof! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and to code. We renovate homes and have dealt with a lot of roofing companies. Frisby Construction tops them all and we give them a Superior rating!

They did a good job. They arrived early. Only the foreman spoke English and I dunno if they were actual Frisby employees but could have been subcontractors. They took one day to do tear off and install. The next day the weather was very rainy and we had a leak at the bottom of a slope near the front door. They came out the next day and fixed leak and did clean up. I have found a handful of nails throughout the yard but it’s to be expected. Overall pretty good.

Communication between our Insurance company, Frisby Construction and ourselves was excellent. Roof looks great!

Throughout the process they consistently updated me as to when my roof would be taken care of. Due to the weather it had to be delayed a few times but they were very good about communicating this with me. The materials were delivered when they said they would be and the roof was completed in one day. We had two leaks in our previous roof and they solved those issues with this new roof. After the roof was completed they cleaned up very well and made sure all of the nails were picked up. The only issue I had was they forgot to take my old satellite with them when they left. But they actually came back out and picked it up for me. I had a great experience and the roof looks fantastic.

Frisby went above and beyond for me. Not only did they deal with my insurance company, but they did so for 6 months to make sure the job got done correctly. Once my insurance finally approved my roof replacement, Frisby was fast and professional. I'd recommend them to anybody looking for great work and great people.

This company did a good job and was very efficient and finished the job very quickly. No mess and appears to be good job.

I heard about Frisby through a flyer I received in the mail in the Fall 2017. I wasn’t in the market for a new roof at the time but I was impressed with Frisby’s cost competitiveness that I kept it until I was told I needed a new roof by another roofing company in early Winter 2018. I called and was pleasantly surprised that their offer was still valid for me. Before accepting the offer with Frisby, I did cost comparison with 2 other companies and the other 2 companies costs for a new roof were significantly higher than Frisby. To make sure that I fully understood the offer Frisby was making, I decided to go down to Frisby’s office. The office personnel were very accommodating and knowledgeable and I even shared the quote information from the other 2 companies in order to converse on how Frisby’s costs could be so different economically. The office staff at Frisby put my mind at ease and I decided to go with them. After I signed the contract and paid half of the job, the process when just as planned. First, the office stayed in contact with me throughout the process (pre-inspection, delivery of materials, schedule date, post inspection). The job was scheduled and completed quickly, even with delay due to bad winter weather. The job only took 1 day to complete and they were so thorough and complete with their clean-up, there was very little evidence that they were even there, except for the awesome new roof that they put on my house. As a home owner, I felt like I was part of the process throughout the entire job. I would recommend Frisby based on awesome communication, quality of roof, clean-up, and fair cost.

Received flyer in mail from Frisby for my house with picture, work description, and price quote. Sounded interesting so I phoned for quote on my second property. I chose to visit office to select shingle type / color and authorize contracts. Both houses ( 2 miles apart ) were roofed same day by separate crews and I reviewed their work. Great job on both roofs and complete cleanups. I strongly recommend Frisby. Each person I came in contact with was cheerful and professional. Thank you.

They were good and quick no foolin around careful of my neighbor's tree had to change the vent style on the roof no extra cost they gave me the credit i needed to get it done no big down payment bigger payment pays it off faster that is up to me

Excellent communication along the entire process. We had some cold and wet weather before the roof install, as soon as the weather broke they were right on it. Then there’s the workmanship, done just like I would. Nice 1” overhang at the eves, Ice guard at the perimeter along the gutters, and new flashing. To finish, the grounds were spotless, no nails, no trash left behind. Would and will use Frisby again. Thanks Frisby!

We hired Frisby Roofing to replace our roof in Dec. 2017. We couldn't have been more pleased with their work! From the day we stopped in their office till the job was complete, we received professional, courteous attention. They kept us informed about the scheduling of the job with weekly texts to my phone. They answered our questions. The job was done efficiently and the cleanup was excellent. We have recommended them to our friends.

Frisby Construction LLC was wonderful to work with from day one. They removed the old shingles and did an entire roof replacement. The office staff were very helpful, took their time explaining how the process works and answered all our questions. They provided addresses of homes with the color roof and style of shingles that we chose in order for us to get a better idea of what it would look like on our home. The office kept us updated on a weekly basis regarding our install date. The roofers were polite, efficient, careful with the surrounding plantings and did a great job in 1 day and cleaned up the property well. We are very pleased and thankful that we chose Frisby! Frisby is happy to take your money and put a roof on your house but do not provide decent customer service after the job is done. I will make sure anyone who asks me knows NOT to use Frisby Construction.

Really great. They gave us a CD package of the entire Bible read and acted out by actors and actresses. So very good. I have them in my car and listen to them on my way to work.

The new roof looks nice enough but I feel my repeated requests to make special effort to protect two trouble spots was not taken seriously enough. It took the original roof 12 years to show it’s shortcomings and I really cannot see what Frisby did differently to ensure my new roof will last longer, even though I opted for the premium 50 year shingles. The fact that no one in the work crew spoke english made it particularly difficult to express concerns about how the work progressed. I am still having to improve a section where the roof slopes from a valley towards the siding rather than away.

The job went very smoothly! The staff was always helpful and friendly without missing any of the details. I had the material delivered one day and a new roof the next! The job itself was high quality and the clean up was amazing. I could barely tell anyone was ever there. I couldn't be happier.

Frisby Roofing and Construction made getting a new roof extremely easy. Everyone we dealt with (Lily, Kristi and Candace) was courteous, helpful and thorough. The entire transaction was handled via internet and phone which made it extremely easy. The price we were quoted was very competitive and the speed of the process (from order to finished product: Nov. 20 - Dec 5) was excellent. They sent a quality control person before and after the job so there were no surprises before, during or after the install. The installers themselves were efficient, fast and thorough. Little to no debris was present in the yard. I would highly recommend Frisby Roofing and Construction to anyone.

The crew was great, not noisy or disrespectful very clean and professional and doing quick work. Office personnel were friendly and knowledgable. Frisby roofing did a great job on my roof. They were fast in installing the roof and they did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. Out of three competing contractors in my area they were the most affordable as well.
