This is Shanhong. I was referred by one of my friends recommending Frisby construction. I’m very impressed by their services staring from the beginning of the process. They’ve done a great job on replacing a roof. I definitely will let them do the next roofing project of my property.

I received a flyer from Frisby Construction and was impressed with their use of technology. They gave me an estimate based on a satellite view of our roof, and then honored it almost a year later. I was skeptical they would be able to do the tear-off and install in one day, but the crew that worked on our roof got it done! Excellent work. And the communication preceding the job was very good. We are very satisfied customers and give them a high recommendation.

Had my entire roof replaced. Due to rain scheduling was tricky, however they contacted me every week to keep me posted. A week out from install, they contacted me by phone with final details. The work was done on the day it was scheduled and completed on same day. Looks great & I have no complaints! I also received an email the next day from Frisby asking me if all clean up and materials were to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Frisby!!

I interviewed 7 different companies and landed on Frisby Roofing. My transaction was smooth and installation believe it or not was Great! Finding a good contractor and crew is few and far between around the greater Dayton area, these guys were awesome! Forman arrived at 6am with the dumpster trailor, crew arrived at 6:30 with all materials. They covered all of my flowerbeds with tarps and all of my plants survived with no damage! Thank you. These guys tore off 2 layers, replaced several boards that were dry rotted by 2pm. Paper, then 3 dimensional shingles layer by 6pm. They nailed my gutters that were beat up back to the fascia by 6:15pm. I’m very pleased all the way around and would recommend this company to all of my friends and family. Ian

Frisby did a flat roof for me, and they were about half the price of the other bids I got. We had a little trouble scheduling, but they got it done, and it looks like they did a good job.

We received a flyer with an incredible quote a few months ago. After we realized we had a leak this spring, we decided to get some quotes. Frisby was the most affordable and was able to squeeze us in quickly! The crew that installed the roof were friendly and professional! Would highly recommend!

Performed a poor quality job drug out over 6 months and the decking failed in less than 1 year. Attempted to contact them regarding this and other related issues with no response. Had the job reviewed by other contractors who were aghast at the repair approach, craftsmanship, and overall professionalism. They may be OK w/ roofing but they have NO idea what they are doing beyond this task.

I contacted Frisby Roofing about the flyer received, is the price still good, etc. Of course it was! So we talked about everything that's included, not included, time frame, etc. I am assured that they are 3-4 weeks out right now, things are going smoothly. I told Brittney I would call her back and let her know my decision. Needless to say, Brittney proceeds to call every day for about a week, wanting to know what's going on, am I signing, are we doing the roof, etc. For some stupid reason, I decided to call Brittney back and proceed with Frisby Roofing to replace our roof. Again, we are assured 3-4 weeks’ time frame, just need to sign the papers, the deposit and we are on the list. After signing the papers I am asked, do you want your weekly update via text, email or phone call? I ask for a phone call weekly so we know when the materials will be delivered, installation, etc. We signed the papers on May 30, our first update via email from "Enu" was on June 20, and three weeks had passed with no update. Why didn't I call? B/c it was in their contract to update us, so why bother when they start off by breaking their contract themselves! After going back and forth with this "Enu" person, I am told that it takes AT LEAST 6 weeks from the deposit to get the roof installed. Now the contract we signed did say 3-6, but one would think the person selling the product would have common sense to not lie, right? Nope, no matter what was said, it was going to take at least 6 weeks to get started. Finally, after no more updates from "Enu", the only time they would update me is if I reached out first, I emailed their General Office Manager on July 11. At that point it has been 6 weeks from when we signed our contract and they took the money. There was not a single hesitation to get that initial deposit, they were all over that. The office manager forwards my email over to a production manager, we are in luck, it's our turn and our roof is soon to be installed! WOW, crazy how that worked out, isn't it? The materials will be delivered EARLY on July 16, roof will be completed that day. The workers will be there probably between 630-7am to start, so have cars moved. On July 15th I get a call stating that it's an 80% chance of rain on Monday, we are going to push the install off until Tuesday. They will still deliver the materials though on Monday so they can start first thing Tuesday morning. This is understandable, it shows 80% chance of rain, I don't need water in the house so that's no fault of Frisby. Tuesday July 17th comes, I get up...move the cars, get our patio furniture out of the way, everything is ready, just need some people here to tear off and put a new roof on. We get to 7:30am, no one is there.....8:30am, still no one. Maybe they had a late night at the bar, who knows, I can only imagine the excuses. 9:30am comes and still no one has shown up to do the work. I talk to Mandy at 9:38, she said she talked to the crew, they would be there to rip off and replace the roof today, it's still happening. They finally showed up at 12:30 to start the work, they were done by 5:30 and completely out of there. The flashing from the sideing to the roof used to be white, it looked good since all the other trim was white. Instead they installed black flashing on the house, no questions asked, just here ya go, and you get black flashing to go with your white flashing. When Suzy contacted me in regards to was everything completed, etc. I brought up the flashing issue. I was told the flashing come with the shingles, so that it matches the shingles. Anyone ever seen a pack of shingles also come with flashing? I haven't, you purchase it separate and install the color you want. Then she said the flashing color is ordered based on your shingles, not the color of all the other trim on your house, but the shingle color. So if everything on your house is white, they don't care, they will put what color they want on there. When asking about fixing it, you are told it's not an option to choose like you choose shingles, unless you tell them to change the color. So on one hand they say you can't change the color, then they say you can change color if you tell us, yet you were never told you had the option to change it. Rather than fix the 20ft of black flashing they put in that clashes with the whole house, you are stuck with it, that's the solution they give you. Bottom line, was the roof put on right? Who knows, probably won't find out until it rains. Would I recommend Frisby roofing? Not a chance in .... The communication is horrible, it's nonexistent is basically what it is. Unless you reach out to them after they have your deposit, expect to get no communication in return. Don't let all these reviews fool you, just b/c it's cheap doesn't mean it's worth it. If you are up for a headache and let downs, sign a contract with Frisby, they will not disappoint you in that aspect. I would highly recommend finding a different company, otherwise hold on for a wild ride!

Roof was on and off in one day! They were hard working and polite. Customer service when rain delayed the roof going on was slow to call me back. But The color and roof looks great!

As this is the first roof I have had installed, and some of the horror stories I have heard, and seen first hand, have to relay the following. The crew showed up yesterday, July 5th as scheduled. This was one of the hottest days this year. They worked tirelessly until late in the afternoon. Completed about half the roof before weather forced them off the roof. Was told they would return about 6 a.m. today. As I was moving my truck out of the garage right at 6 a.m., they were driving down the street. Team was extremely friendly and courteous. At the completion of the job this afternoon, they completely cleaned up the yards of any debris including blowing remnants from our back porch. The team professionalism was remarkable. I originally questioned the price but once I visited Frisby showroom, was reassured of their business. Unless I get a roof leak that I don't see coming, I would highly recommend Frisby to complete this or any other job I want completed. Thanks for the positive experience.

We are happy with the end result and the quality of our new roof installed by Frisby. We felt we received a fair price and a lower bid than their competitors. Frisby was always responsive and willing to listen to my concerns and any issues with the install. They were very patient in answering my questions and very willing to rectify any issues after the roof was installed. There were some minor issues with the install that they corrected without any hesitation. We even contracted Frisby to do some additional siding work after the roof was installed. Their customer service team is top notch

I desperately needed a new roof as I had a leak. I received multiple quotes from different companies. Frisby's offer was by far the most reasonably priced and the team did a great job. They were in and out within a matter of only one day. I would highly recommend!

Extremely pleased with Frisby Construction - very professional from start to finish. Their crew completed the roof in two days (we have several gables and odd angles!) I was impressed by their diligence to get the job done, protect our landscaping and clean up the debris. Very satisfied and highly recommend Frisby Construction.

The Staff is very pleasant. I contracted for the date to have my roof completed. I was unaware that in addition to them having their own generated that they would be using my electricity for the day. They finished late so the clean up was poorly done and no one came back to get all of the nails and debris still left in the yard. I asked when they were coming back to get the remaining supplies that were in the driveway and they said they would when the final inspection would be done. They picked up the material but didn't inspect. ( rained that day) I had to call them to have someone came out so that I would know that the job was done satisfactory. I also took pictures of what I saw that was questionable. Inspector came back and said that the crew needs to come back and make some corrections but that he would make some corrections that he could do on the spot. My roof was done in March and its June. I am still trying to get this resolved. I want to see the inspection report of what needs to be done and a list of completed Items.

Smoothly and job was finished in one day. This included home and garage.

They were quick to take my money and put on the roof. Later we discovered that roofers had ruined my gutter system. I am still waiting for Frisby to make good on damage. They seem to think that I take comfort in the fact they no longer use that roofer. NO! I will take comfort when they fix the damage their roofing team did to me roof. It's been over a year! They are very good at talking to me and saying "next week". I will keep calling them and keep telling people not to use them!

Our experience was very good. I got 4 estimates for my roof and they were by far the least expensive by several thousand dollars. The workers worked over 12 hours the first day and 10 hours the second to finish the job in 2 days. Out neighbors across the street even called to comment on how hard they worked. Keeping us up to date with phone calls on the start date and delivery of materials was great. The roof looks great and am very pleased with Frisby.

Frisby did a great job at a reasonable price. I’m very pleased with the quality of work and honesty of this company. After installation they did a post installation inspection and found a boot was not installed only caulked. I would not have known this and appreciated their honesty. They said they would take care of this right away. I would definitely use them again for my primary residence in a few years.

Had recently moved into my new home and noticed a hole in the eaves of our roof (investigated as we heard some scratching from inside our bedroom). Called this company because they had recently replaced the roof prior to us buying the home. Originally the receptionist took my information and said someone would come look at the issue. A bit later (maybe a week), she called back and asked me to send a picture. Once I emailed a picture, I got a response over a week later that they were too busy and would not be able to do the work.

Cannot say enough good about this company. Price seem too good to be true we were a little hesitant because insurance was not involved. Better Business Bureau reviews were good other reviews that we read online were good. From day one we were treated as a valued customer we were given a start date, 7 a.m. that morning they were there, at 5 p.m. they were loading the truck. In 10 hours we had old roof scraped off new roof put on, yard ,driveway and everything cleaned up, you would never know a new roof had just been installed. The crew was amazing, very respectful of property made sure everything was cleaned up, excellent job on roof. I would highly recommend this company. You don't find many companies like this nowadays, excellent price and they did everything they said they would

Frisby Construction did everything they said they would do, without our having to follow up to insure they did --- In today's world, that's something special --- Combine their follow through with the quality of work completed and the professionalism of their subcontractors and employees, and you find that Frisby Construction should be the construction contractor with which you do business with!

Frisby construction did an excellent job on my tenants roof. I was sceptical upon receiving their arial flyer in the mail, but a friend who lived near their office said he'd only heard positive things so we took a chance. We were unavailable to come to the house "roofing day" but very impressed when we went up there to see the results. I needed a tree trimmed and expected the worse but when I saw their work, it was neat and included the gutters being adjusted correctly. I would definitely recommend! They were easy to work with while everything was done over the phone or electronically since we live 45 minutes away.
