Dr Mills was fantastic. We originally stopped in to see if Dr Mills had a better price than Home Depot on a Toro mower we selected based on Consumer Reports recommendations. Dr Mills didn't stock the mower we had selected but the salesman continued to discuss our needs and when asked, descirbed the models that they do stock and shared his vast knowledge of how the mowers hold up over time with us. By the end of the discussion it was obvious that if we spent $100 more for a better model with Dr Mills, we would save ourselves time and more intensive maintenance down the line. There was no pressure to purchase and he gave us tips of what to watch out for if we decided to purchase with Home Depot afterall. I returned a week later to purchase the mower and showed up 15 mins past closing time. He reopened the store for me, sold me the mower, showed me how to use it, and got me registered for the warranty. We are beyond thrilled with the level of customer service and the sense that Dr. Mills is truly looking out for his customers, not just a quick sale. We will be back for all our yard equipment needs.
