Cool Breeze

As always, the owner made instant arrangements and was at my house within an hour or so of my call. He and his employee (who drove upon completion of another project about 30 miles away) got to work on finding the problem and fixing it quickly. He always leaves me in wonder that someone can take care of my HVAC needs so quickly. I have been using Cool Breeze for several years now, and of all the service personnel I've had to hire for any project, he is by far the most outstanding. He is honest, trustworthy, professional, compassionate, and kind in every respect. He's also fast. He doesn't waste time. I trust every quote and invoice he has ever given me. Cool Breeze is a family man with strong ties to the community. He treats my home as if it is his, and my checkbook, too. He knows how to make quick fixes that don't cost a lot and will do them if at all possible. He's done this for me several times. He even replaced my water heater a couple years ago and recommended a less expensive unit than one that would directly replace the one that died. He made less money that way and saved me money, but his goal seemed to be to do what was best for me. I promise, if you have HVAC needs, Cool Breeze is the one to try. He is simply fantastic!
