Description of Work: They cleaned several of our rooms. The men were on time and very pleasant. When one of the men came down to the living room to clean that carpet, he accidentally sprayed dirty water on our ceiling. That's my only negative statement. That was an accident and could have happened to anyone. I am guessing this occurred last summer, but it's just a guess.

Description of Work: The representative was courteous and good natured. He made reccomendations based on our carpet's cleanliness and family needs, which I appreciated. In the end, our carpet didn't look that great afterwards. I am unclear as to whether or not another service could have given better results.

Description of Work: They shampooed my living room carpet and set of steps. One of the young men was initially argumentative and negative in is approach. I was almost ready to tell them I changed my mind. Carpet looked decent when finished and he apologized for "lowering my expectations".

Description of Work: Prompt, friendly, efficient and professional. My main concern was the pet stains and odor. The stains and odor cleaned up great (including a lighter patch from what I thought was my fault from a failed clean up attempt). He even got some candle wax out of the carpet for no additional cost.

Description of Work: Cleaned living room and hall. Had a large spill stain. I thought they would have trouble getting it out but they didn't.

Description of Work: CHRISTIAN CUSTOM FLOORING PRETREATED CARPET STAINS AND STEAME CLEANED THE CARPET IN OUR BASEMENT.

Description of Work: TEAR UP CARPET IN 2 ROOMS. INSTALL WOOD FLOORING WITH CUSTOM BORDER. INSTALL FLUSH MOUNT WOOD FLOOR VENTS. INSTALL SHOE MOLDING. SAND AND REFINISH ALREADY EXISTING WOOD ENTRYWAY AND 1/2 BATH WOOD FLOOR TO MATCH FINISH ON NEW FLOORING INSTALLED.

Description of Work: HE PROMISED MORE THAN 5 INDIVIDUAL TIMES TO INSTALL OUR CARPET. HE TOLD ME TWICE MY REFUND CHECK WAS IN THE MAIL. HE SENT AN INSTALLER WITH THE WRONG CARPET TO INSTALL IT OVER TOP OF OUR OLD PADDING. THE INSTALLER CUT THE CARPET, WENT TO LUNCH, AND NEVER RETURNED. I COMPLAINED, AND KLUMP SAID HE KNEW IT WAS THE WRONG CARPET, BUT THAT HE WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT CARPET FOR US IN 2 DAYS. WE COULDN'T STAND ANY MORE FALSE PROMISES. SO, I ASKED FOR A REFUND. KLUMP SAID THAT HE HAD PUT A CHECK IN THE MAIL THAT MORNING. THEN THE NEXT DAY, HE TOLD MY WIFE THAT HE WOULD PUT A CHECK IN THE MAIL THAT DAY. A WEEK LATER, I STOPPED IN THE STORE, AND KLUMP SAID HE WOULD BE OUT THE NEXT MORNING TO PICK UP THE WRONG CARPET, AND HE WOULD BRING A CHECK. I TOLD HIM THAT ONLY A CASHIER'S CHECK OR CASH WOULD DO. HE DID NOT SHOW UP. THE NEXT DAY I TOLD HIS WORKER AT THE SHOP THAT KLUMP HAD UNTIL FRIDAY TO RETURN MY MONEY, OR I WOULD START LEGAL ACTION TO GET MY REFUND. THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTELY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

Description of Work: CLEANED UPHOLSTERY AND DID A GOOD JOB. CHRIS KLUMP THEN SAID THEY COULD INSTALL LAMINATE FLOORING AND DO A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB! IT TOOK FOREVER AND THE COST KEPT GOING UP. THE BANISTER TO THE BASEMENT IS NOT EVEN WITH THE FLOOR, THE TOE STRIPPING IS AWFUL AND PART OF IT WAS NOT INSTALLED. I WANTED TO HAVE PERGO INSTALLED AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY NO LONG MADE THE PATTERN I WANTED WHICH WAS NOT TRUE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AS FLOORING INSTALLERS.
