WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM. WE HAD TO ASK THEM TO LEAVE OUR PROPERTY AFTER BEING INSULTED REPEATEDLY WHEN THEY BECAME VERBALLY AGGRESSIVE.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED STONE FROM THIS COMPANY THROUGH A CONTRACTOR TO REPLACE STONE FACING ON OUR HOME. BRICK TEC MADE RECOMMENDATIONS BASED ON THE COLOR OF OUR HOME AND SAMPLES OF STONE THAT WE BROUGHT IN (TO MATCH). THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS (AFTER BEING INSTALLED) CAME OUT THE WRONG COLOR, AND THEY REFUSED TO OFFER SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO FIX IT.

WE HAVE HAD TWO FANS GO OUT, THEY'VE HAD TO RE-INSTALL NEW ONES. THEY HAVE HAD VERY POOR ATTITUDES. THEY ACTUALLY BROKE THE MARBLE SURROUND THAT WE HAD PURCHASED, BUT THEY WOULDN'T REPLACE AN EXACT MATCH, SO WE HAD TO PAY EXTRA TO GET ONE THAT MATCHED.
Description of Work: WE BOUGHT A FIREPLACE FROM THEM AND THEY DID THE INSTALLATION.
