When we originally installed the gas, he was the only one who told us about the 2 lb gas meter, which is more efficient. They also recommended a variable speed furnace, which is very quiet. They redid the duct work and now the 2nd floor is the same temperature as the first floor. We have been very happy with the system. They are very knowledgeable, explain everything, and always arrive on time.

Excellent. Ken went above and beyond. Was the only company who came out who actually measured each room of the house. He suggested some changes to some duct work that would help airflow. They finished sooner than anticipated. Everything was fantastic!

It took one day to complete the work. They left the area clean when the work was complete.

They come out twice a year, and I am happy with them. I pay $150 a year. They come out and do an winter and summer like tune up and cleaning for that price. I had a situation, and I actually called the guy. He couldn't come out, and he had called me back and walked me through an thermostat issue that I had. I think that was pretty nice.

Called first thing on a Monday morning and they were at my house within 2 hours. Fixed the AC, cleaned the AC and couldn't be happier. I HIGHLY recommend them. Bonus - they are super nice.

I've used Bockrath a couple of times; they're pretty good. I'd give them an A all around; completely satisfied. It took just one person to complete the service and it took a half hour. They were good - they cleaned everything up.

Ken Ammon is my hero. Trustworthy, transparent, professional. I called Ken when my former HVAC service would not accommodate a repair within the time I required. The other guys quoted ~$765 to replace the part, saying it was out of warranty (they'd provided a prelim in warranty quote of 2 hours and ~$365 for the service). Ken called the manufacturer, found out the part WAS under warranty, and fixed it the next day. His service and trip charge for that part of the repair was about $150. He showed me the broken part, explained a defect had caused it to arch & burn. His invoice was a straight up breakout of the repair service, parts and trip charge. I felt respected and like I finally have a service I can trust.

I bought my heating unit from them. I got them off Angie's List. They installed a geothermal system and heat pump. I have a maintenance contract with them and they come every six months and check the unit out and so forth. It is $350 for the year. That includes the humidifier filter once a year and mainly cleaning it out. I have a geothermal heat pump that they take care of too. I have been dealing with them for about five years and I have no complaints with them at all. (They are) someone I can count on. I have no plans to change and trust them completely.

They were great, they did a good job. We just bought a condo here and we wanted them to check our heating and air. The price seemed fair. It was easy to schedule, he came right out.

We have an upstairs and a downstairs furnace. The one downstairs is a combination of heat pump with a back up of propane. The one upstairs is just a heat pump. What's weird is that they didn't send us a bill so I called and said hey you guys, you didn't bill us and they still didn't send a bill. I feel bad but I actually called the guy and I talked him on the phone. I gave him my name and number and he said he would look into it, but we never got a bill. You can't argue about the job. Since I wasn't billed I have no idea on the price. They came out after we negotiated a time and I had to change it. They were here right on time. They installed both of our systems. We have used them for years. It took them two hours to complete the work. The workers were fine. It was good.

Chris exceeded my expectations during the bid process by providing a clear, concise, and thorough estimate which satisfied any concerns I had with upgrading to a new HVAC system. Turned out Chris made this an easy choice on Bockrath even after getting 6 total bids. On the day of installation Chris, Nathan and James all made very efficient use of their time and were clean and courteous throughout. They even made some beneficial modifications on the fly that made me feel my customer satisfaction truly mattered. I was quite impressed with the quality and design of this install. I can be a rather particular individual about these things, but they made me extremely happy with my all new HVAC system and the quality service provided.

We had an older unit that was needing freon every summer so we decided to replace it. The whole process took less than a week and the instillation was done in 3 hours. Ken was great. Explained our options and was there to make sure the everything was ready to go. The installers were very nice, helpful, and cleaned up after they were done.

Ken was very helpful before and during the job, both gathering the necessary information and performing the repair. Ken gave me some great advice and considerations for maintenance and for when we finish out basement. The job was performed quickly and appears to be of excellent quality, and no mess was left behind. Bockrath has earned my future business.

It was good cause it was under warranty. Just how the performed the diagnosis and promptly repaired the unit and recommended preventative maintenance plan to keep the issue from sneaking up on me.

He was on-time, very professional, and was willing to answer any and all of my questions. I have had other people/companies do a check up before and he noticed things that many other companies have not. I definitely plan on continue using him in the future for my HVAC needs.
