Great!!! Ken came out & fixed the problem. He was very professional. He also answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them for any of your Heating/AC/Furnace needs.

He arrived early. I live in a condiminum and he discovered that a previous company I had hired worked on the wrong unit and showed me which unit was actually mine. He helped me out immensely and did a wonderful job. He was polite, he wore covers on his shoes to keep my house clean and even gave me an Angie's List discount!

My AC stopped blowing cold air. I called and Ken came the next day. He gave me a one hour window and called before heading over from his previous appointment. He was able to quickly diagnose my problem and he had the necessary replacement part on his truck. The repair was completed quickly and he also took the time to check the system over for pressure, proper filter installation etc. He gave me a recommendation concerning my filter - that I have been using the wrong size for my system. Will definitely call this company in the future for our HVAC needs.

Quick response. He switched up his schedule to get us running quicker. Very professional. His assistant installed a piece of the system backwards which left the filter box hard to access and he has offered to switch it around, but hasn’t scheduled that yet.

It needed new fuses because what were in the box were stolen. Chris made it work and it saves me a few thousands of dollars to have a new AC unit installed. He was honest to tell me that if I had it serviced the year before and it was running well, it does not mean that I have to replace the existing unit. He came to check it out and found the issue. I called on Ken A. for a 2nd opinion. Our 11 year old furnace was acting up. A competitor told me I needed to replace my unit. I thought it still had a few years left in it. Ken analyzed our unit, made a few minor repairs and gave it life for a few more years (hopefully). I called Ken because I needed an honest evaluation from an expert in the field. Ken patiently answered all of my questions and left the old parts out for me to see what he replaced. He kept me updated during the entire process and he charged me a fair price. He has earned a loyal customer. I plan on having the company do annual tune ups, and when the time comes to replace my a/c, I will call Ken.

James did a great job. He was courteous and professional. He cleaned up after the installation and provided a good explanation of how it worked and what to expect.

Ken was able to come out on short notice and fix our A/C unit. Turns out it was just a bad capacitor and he was done in a flash. Very professional and courteous as well. I plan to use them again and will recommend them to others. Very happy customer.

Bockrath is the best HVAC service we have ever had! they installed our Trane a few years ago...have never had a repair, only maintenance. wholeheartedly recommend Bockrath!

Highly recommend Bockrath. We had another company that kept putting us off. They were going to charge us $498 for our defrost board. I called Bockrath the day before Thanksgiving...they ordered the board and installed it the following Monday for $223. They not only saved me $275 they knew exactly what they were doing. I am very pleased.

My unit was over 20yrs old and instead of spending money on a new blower unit we decided to upgrade to a new furnace and AC unit. They couldn't install the new furnace for a week but they installed a new blower motor until they could install the new furnace... for no charge. They were able to install the new units in one day. They all were very professional and friendly. I would definitely hire them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Ken came to our home, examined our existing system, described different options, and provided several estimates. When we had made our choice, he returned to take some additional specs, and answered questions. His team perfectly and cleanly removed our old equipment and installed the new furnace and air conditioner. They were very courteous, and also showed me how to set the thermostat program. So far, our bills have been lower than last year.

All of my questions were answered. All options were explained. The entire system was replaced by mid afternoon. The installers didn't even take a break-it was 95 degrees in the house! The comfort level is remarkable and I regret not doing it sooner.

Called on a Sunday afternoon because we came home to a hot house because our air conditioner stopped working - I sent Bockrath Heating & Cooling an email explaining our problems and Chris called within the hour - Came out within 24 hours and got everything back running and a cool house - Very please with everything from the beginning to end - Will use again
