+ -1 moreI've been using him for seven or eight years. He is very reasonable. He charges me $75.00 if there is a lot of work and if it breaks down in a reasonable amount of time, he will come back and not charge me. I would recommend him to anybody and I have.

+ -1 moreMR. ROWE IS AN EXCELLENT MACINTOSH CONSULTANT. HE IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND EXPLAINED THE PROCESSES AS HE WORKED TO RESTORE THE IMAC. HE IS A PERSONABLE INDIVIDUAL, AND WAS RESPONSIVE TO MY NEEDS. HIS RATES ARE REASONABLE, AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT HE BE ENTERED INTO ANGIE'S LIST.
Description of Work: I RECENTLY EXPERIENCED A COMPLETE SHUTDOWN OF MY IMAC COMPUTER. I CALLED MR. ROWE, AND HE SUGGESTED SEVERAL ACTIONS TO TAKE TO RESTORE THE IMAC, WHICH DID NOT WORK. HE THEN OFFERED TO COME TO MY RESIDENCE TO ANALYZE THE PROBLEM. HE APPEARED SHORTLY, AND WITHIN 30 MINUTES REPAIRED AND RESTORED THE IMAC DATA AND PROGRAMS.
