+ 6 moreBob Stone, the owner, made an appointment for a Saturday morning and came by 10 minutes earlier. We discussed all the items that needed to be addressed and I was given a quote at that time. 50% payment up front and 50% payment at conclusion of job. He came with 3 employees and proceeded to perform the work. He was on top of all the work being done, making sure that where he found a mistake it was promptly corrected. All work was completed to my satisfaction, and from now on I will definitely use BAS Construction for all my maintenance and remodeling needs.
Description of Work: All windows and doors had the old caulk removed and new caulk put in place. All house trim and doors were painted, color matched with Sherwin Williams paint. All gutters were cleaned and painted. Rotten eave in the building was replaced. Aluminum siding was power washed. Front storm door was installed. Front door was painted. Paver patio was leveled and power washed, it looks new now.
