Description of Work: REMOVED WALL TILE, TUB, VANITY, WALL COVERING, FLOORING, AND TOILET. INSTALLED TUB, NEW PLUMBING, CEMENT BOARD ON WALLS AND FLOOR. RETURNED TO INSTALL NEW VANITY, FAUCET, SHOWER FIXTURES, AND TOILET AFTER TILING COMPLETED.

ALL WORK DONE AS REQUESTED OR BETTER AND ALL AREAS LEFT CLEAN. WILLING TO USE MY MATERIALS OR TO PROVIDE THEM. LOCATED HARD-TO-FIND BREAKER SWITCHES. NOTICED AND REPAIRED DEFECTIVE PHOTOCELL IN LAMP I PROVIDED.
