Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $199 for exterior home pressure washing. The service was fine and we had no problems. They did exactly what they were supposed to do.

Description of Work: Brandon removed old exterior and installed new shutters very quickly. He answered my questions and even showed me the different ways to install them. Brandon's work was very inventive, showed he really knew what he was doing, was friendly, performed the installation in a professional manner and cleaned up everything when he was finished. We would definitely use tie provider in the future and request that Brandon do the work,if possible.

Description of Work: Did a number of "handy man" jobs around the house. The repair person had to go and buy a few supplies. I was quite pleased when I was only asked to reimburse him for his cost - there was no mark-up for these materials.

Description of Work: The handyman did numerous tasks around the house including: a new wax ring on a toilet, hung 4 new blinds & several curtain rods and fixed 2 shutters that had fallen off. He worked very quickly & efficiently.

Description of Work: Joe cut through brick and concrete foundation and roughed in the opening for a basement egress window. He did a superb job. He built a temporary enclosure inside the basement to contain the cement dust which would otherwise have made a significant mess. He also installed a lentil and matching mortar and bricks were necessary. He built a temporary closure because the new window was not due to be installed for two days. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe to a friend or to use him again.

Description of Work: power washed my house and also my patio which is pavers. It took about one hour. I thought it was expensive but they did a good job. It was Joe and a helper. But this year I called him to power wash my house and left a message on his answering machine and he never did call me back. That was approximately one month ago.
