Description of Work: They nailed back the loose soffit boards on my front porch. It went well. They were very responsive, even for a small job like this. This is the second time I've used their services. I am very pleased with their work, both past and present.

Description of Work: I had hired this company for some work previously and was very pleased with their work so went with them again. I am glad I did as I was happy with the results again .

Description of Work: Joe did a few tasks around the house, including installing a shortened kitchen cabinet and hanging a new microwave underneath. We had Ben told that the installation would be tricky because of the uneven wall surface and ceramic tile, but he did it well and it looks great.

Description of Work: The handyman arrived on Dec 24th at 830am. He hung a heavy sunburst mirror and 5 pieces of art, installed a shower curtain rod, replaced several interior and exterior light bulbs. I was very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: They provided a free estimate. It appears to be a fair price. I have not decided to do the work yet. It is likely I will use them.

Description of Work: Repair kitchen light fixture...I assumed Joe was a retired worker from talking to him over the phone...he said the repair would probably be in their minimum price range ($85-88). A young fellow, John, showed on time but talking on the phone...he was polite, but I was his assistant and he made a t least 5 trips to his van to get a different tool! I held a flashlight for him to see, he didn't put any protection down on hardwood floors, Iswept up after him and he had difficulty screwing in the fixture with power screwdriver. I told him the same fixture was at Lowes...he went to Home Depot and bought six bulbs to replace four....I didn't want two extra so he said he would return them...I asked for an itemized receipt for my records, but he said he didn't have one and that the office could mail it to me...I called Joe twice and left a message...no response, no receipt! Description of Work: Repaired misc jobs around the house. Concrete could have been done better, but overall it was okay.

Description of Work: Installed two LED spot lights (I provided the lights) for backyard. Lights were installed high under 2nd story eaves on existing electrical boxes. The installed the lights, caulked around the fixture and aimed the lights. Fairly straight forward job but worth every penny to not have to climb 20 feet up a ladder.
